"One of the best stays on our Vietnam trip. The staff were the real stars, they were incredibly helpful and gave us many great tips on where to eat and what to do. Always polite and friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we even had a balcony (facing the restaurant out front 😂). The only minor inconvenience was the noise in the morning, we were right next to the staff room, so it got a bit lively. Also, not the best place for an afternoon rest if there's a noisy group in the restaurant."

"We really enjoyed our stay at RiverTown Resort Hoi An. The location is excellent, especially if you want to be close to Hoi An Old Town, where the bars, restaurants and night markets are. It’s also an easy walk to the beautiful lantern boats, which was a real highlight. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay — friendly, helpful and always happy to assist. The reception team can also arrange and book activities for you, which makes exploring the area very easy. The resort is well priced, including the drinks, and the happy hour deals are particularly good. The buffet breakfast was also very enjoyable, and the resort has some lovely pools for relaxing. Just note that the resort listing on Expedia states white-sand beach, but the beach is actually around 5 km away. That said, it’s an easy and enjoyable 15-minute scooter ride to some beautiful beaches, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, RiverTown is a great-value resort in a fantastic location, with excellent staff, good facilities and easy access to everything Hoi An Old Town has to offer. We would happily stay here again."

"The room was very comfortable, clean, cool (good aircon) and pleasantly made up. The bath was in the room (with a curtain around it which was unusual but looked nice - the toilet and shower were in a separate area. The room had a balcony looking onto the pretty pool. The pool itself was very relaxing and a welcome relief from the heat. Breakfast was good quality, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and will arrange lots of activities if you wish. The location was very convenient for walking into the old town (or using the free bikes provided). Lots of massage/spa places and restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommended."
