Smelling and dirty hotel

Room not cleaned well, furnitures weared, old and looks like near to limit, bed very unfconfortable + very bog rooms for crowdeds and outside was smelling because of a water channel

The place was dirty (stained sheets, dirty refrigerator, etc.) with few of the necessities (no soap, no blankets, toilet paper, etc). There was nobody stationed at the reception desk. It looked vacated - did not see other guests or employees. The air conditioner did not work and the place smelled moldy. We left a day early because it was miserable and my family would disagree with the 3 star rating of this hotel.

The hotel is on an excellent location which you can find a street of great local foods, restaurants, 4 convenient stores and pharmacy, etc opposite to the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Housekeeping arranged the other day which was fine to me. However, pls noted you have to bring your tooth brush and paste, shower gel and shampoo. And the hotel do not provide car parking, there is car parking opposite to the hotel. Hotel staff told us to park our car in front of the entrance of hotel which we did and found full of birds drops terribly on the car on the next day and we spent 200THB to wash the car.

Very positive surprised. "Jaw", the manager, speaks excellent English and is very helpful. Real value for the money paid. Lot of shops and few bars in walking distance. Very centrally located and perfect for travellers with car/bike. I'll come again

Disaorganised disappointment

There was no one on reception; we waited half an hour for someone to turn up. The hotel had lost our booking and payment; it took almost 2 hours to check in. The room was spacious and the location was handy, but there was no hot water, the air conditioner didn't work properly, and the fridge was unplugged. By the time they offered shampoo and toilet paper, we had gone out to buy it. Very disappointing.

Used as a base in a great spot away from patong

Used the pool most days was really pleasant up on the roof !! Staff were helpful in all aspects and especially Quentin as he spoke English. Lots of restaraunts around and great market and street traders... Laundry at the entrance and great local bars. Perfect spot for our needs. Not the ritz but worked great for us and would definatly return.

Nothing to do in area

We stayed here for four nights and I have to say I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the younger traveller as its too far from the action of patong beach. There isn't any bars or decent markets to do shopping around the hotel which was disappointing.
