My wife and I had a fantastic time, the SAii Laguna Resort is a beautiful property with lots of activities and many places to go to. The shuttle bus and the shuttle boat are a great way to go out and explore the Laguna area. The beach was clean and beautiful, the food was delicious. The sad part of our trip was the day of our departure :)

A lovely property designed in a traditional Thai pavilion style set on the beach and within the closed Laguna development. The hotel is spacious, beautifully maintained and has nice facilities like pool, gym, bar and restaurants. Only critiques are that the steps into the pools are concrete and in a lot of places quite sharp/rough to bare skin. Also, the staffing is a little short and require more english speaking as the guests are mostly not Thai.

It was amazing staying, my son celebrated his birthday and the team welcomed him with a cake and special greeting. We had half board and the dinner was great. We definitely will come back.

Very enjoyable four night stay with our two small children. Lovely room, great food, excellent location on the beach. The pool had a fantastic water slide, rubber rings and buckets and spades were provided along with free ice lollies for the kids.

Beach access room was the best. You’re in and out of the water without needing a towel. The staff are so pleasant. The food and drinks are fresh. The location is great because there are several restaurants on the beach where you can eat so you have options.

I have booked this resort reason for the Phuket Marathon, this resort is nearby the starting point of the Marathon event. The resort has a good view of the beach, there are many facilities, such as fitness centre, swimming pool, restaurant and club house. I would appreciated that the resort can provide early check in for us. Then, we can drop down the luggage and visit attractions smoothly. Last but not least, the staff are very helpful and nice! We did not know how to going to the gym room, so we wrongly entry the Club house, but the staff not only tell us how to go there, she also brings us to the gym room directly. That's why i am highly recommended this resort!
