The villa offered a lot of space which was nice. Inside is pretty beat up. Walls have cracks, chipped wood, really needs some TLC. The pool was nice but it was extremely uncomfortable resting your arms on the side. Tried to do same day laundry like the hotel said it offered.. They claimed it would take 2-3 days.

Amazing view We had reserved a grand villa with the pool for family of five . It was spacious , view was amazing Staff was responsive. Food in lobby restaurant and room service was good .

Great stay, enjoyed my massive upgraded villa, staff was great and the view was amazing. My only complaint is that some things are lacking in maintenance, paricularly around the pool and lighting fixtures. Would stay again, though.

I booked Impiana atbthe end of a 3 1/2 weeks travelling around S E Asia with activities arranged almost every day. We wanted to have somewhere that we could chill and relax before heading home to the UK. The property delivered completely. Fantastic property, a jewel of peace away from the crowds but with all the lovely restaurants and facilities close by, within walking distance. The property was not brand new butbthat doesnt matter tous, beautifully appointed and everything worked well, lovely breakfast too. It was with a heavy heart that we left to head home and with great thanks to a very good team running this property.

Although some areas of the property could be refreshed, the unit we booked is still very nice and represents very good value relative to the rate we paid. Also, our early checkin and late checkout may seem like a small thing, but it added immensely to our flight schedule and ease of travel. Without a late check out, it would’ve added several hours of what is already an extremely long day travelling back to Vancouver.

Beautiful property and very pleasant staff. No direct beach access but ten minutes from two very nice beaches. Cliff side sights are amazing, private pool was clean and wonderful after a very hot day. Minor fit and finish issues here and there and WhatsApp for communication is a bit of a hassle. Only two things Tythat stick out, the rest of the stay was wonderful. Thanks to them and the staff for a great week!

The hotel lobby faces the ocean, so you drive to the back. We weren’t sure where to go and ended up dragging our luggage down the path with several stairs. The woman at the front desk wasn’t very friendly, but the younger employee that showed us to our room was so cute! The view is the best part. Great view of the ocean! Rooms need some up-keep. Furniture was warm, rugs had stains, and bathroom and closet areas are SO dark! We had a busy day with an excursion and planned to have room service that evening. We tried to order, but the kitchen was closed because of a scheduled dinner FOR TWO guests. We didn’t know serving two people dinner would shut the entire kitchen down. Pretty inconvenient and would have been nice to plan for that ahead of time. We ended up eating that night at 8:30 at McDonald’s 😕. We had great help getting our luggage back up all the stairs at check out. Hotel has potential, but needs some work for how much it is.

Property was not as adverised. Poor view from toom was mostly blocked by trees and the room was old and falling apart. The hotel was way overpriced for what it is and did not meet expectations.

Needs renovation

The hotel is extremely bad maintained. Everything is in bad shape and i urgent need of renovation, not even close to 5 star quality. No services except for breakfast was available. No restaurant, No bar, No massage, No roomservice. There was one guy who did everything at the hotel (No shame on him) but you cant run a 5 star hotel with just one employee. The views are still amazing but wouldnt recomend anyone to pay 350-400 usd for this.

Very badly maintained property. They just have 7 villas and that too have not been maintained. Not sure it could be that they didn’t have enough capital during covid. We saw dead lizards and cockroaches the moment we entered villa. After a day, we saw hundreds of ants swarming the place. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all especially for the price point. The only acceptable aspect is the view from the pool.

I dont know where to start. Room was in terrible condition. Not clean. Electricity was sparkling/damaged. We tried to communicate this with the guy at the lobby (who spoke terrible english, but seemed like a nice guy) and we wrote a letter that he should take back to the manager. We wanted refund or a new room. Only 6/11 rooms was operating. The room was so bad that we decided to change hotel after only 3/7 days. We still have not heard back from the hotel regarding refund for the last 4 days. The manager has not contacted us as we were promised. Hotels.com should take this hotel off their page! We documented everything with photos/video

대체적으로 만족 하지만 구조상 엘리베이터가 없어서 불편하고 처음간다면 찾기가 조금 불편하다. 건물은 오래되서 요즘 스타일은 아니지만 청결했다. (화장실에서 게가 하수구를 타고 올라왔는지.. 너무 놀랐다.. 친환경적..ㅋㅋ) 조식은 객실이 별로 없어서 주문해서 먹는데 나름 괜찮음. 풀장도 괜찮았고 뷰도 좋았다. 날씨가 좋아서 더 만족. 직원들도 아주 친절했는데.. 조식 먹을때 와이프가 의자에 앉아서 편하게 먹기위에 발을 올렸는데 직원이 하지말란다.. 내가 왜 그러냐 그러니.. 노굿.. 아직도 이유를 모르겠다.. 그거 말고는 나름 괜찮았다. 아 그리고 객실 배정이 아랫층 쪽이면 체크아웃할때 직원의 도움을 받도록 하자. 올라갈때 엄청 힘들다.

Very nice private property. My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the Honeymoon suite, very nice view with big private pool. Property conditions need to be look into, furnishing is back dated. Small details like blood stain on bed linen shouldn’t be present to guest. Blood stains also can be found on mosquitoes net. Without picking on small details, overall stay was good.

Amazing views – disappointing breakfast

Very private and exclusive place with amazing views. Staff was good but would've expected more friendly customer service. Dinner and lunch menu was good but (not extraordinary) and pricy. Breakfast was a disappointment and didn't not match the overall quality of the place.

Villa was clean & spacious with a beautiful view. Had a problem with the aircon a few times but always got resolved eventually. Amazing sunset view 😍 Only negative is there’s not many restaurant options near by.
