Il est vrai que nous n’avions aucune connaissance de la réservation. Nous avons cherché dans nos archives de courrier électronique et nous n’avons reçu aucune notification de la réservation ni un rappel le jour précédent que nous recevons normalement. L'invité était extrêmement contrarié par cette situation et nous en a évidemment tenu pour responsable. Le linge était neuf et frais, contrairement à ce que prétend l'invité. Cependant, l'invité était extrêmement sale dans la chambre et dans les parties communes, suffisamment pour que les autres invités puissent faire des commentaires. L'invité était aussi grossier envers le personnel et peu reconnaissant de toutes les tentatives faites pour le rendre heureux.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Kommentare. In den Küchenzeilen liefern wir nur grundlegende Kochutensilien. Möglicherweise haben Sie uns auch gefragt, ob Sie vermuten, dass etwas fehlt. Das W-LAN war, wie zu der Zeit erklärt, eine neue Installation, die Probleme hatte und regelmäßige Rücksetzungen erforderlich machte, sobald wir wussten, dass das System inaktiv war. Wir freuen uns zu bestätigen, dass dies durch die Zulieferer-Ingenieure vollständig geheilt wurde. Das System arbeitet jetzt zu 100% zuverlässig und viel schneller als zuvor.

It is very difficult to respond to this as we are at a loss as to what you are referring to. Are you upset that we charged you for the towel(s) that you ruined?
