We stayed 4 nights in the summer room, loved everything about the place, very close to food shops & entertainment, the accommodation has a lovely cafe downstairs with even more beautiful staff. Very spacious rooms equipped with everything you may need. Definitely recommend this place.

Nice property, good location. The property is slightly dated (wall paper, carpet). I would say by far, I slept on the worst mattress during my travels, time to change/upgrade the bed.

Good location but improvements for longer stay

The appartment is well decorated and large. The location is perfect, right at the heart of the action. However, if you plan to stay like us 3 nights, a couple of service improvements would be required. They don’t clean the room, don’t empty the bins, don’t provide new towels and not enough toilet paper for the entire stay (fortunately we had brought some). With these improvements, I would have rated it 5.

A cool relaxing apartment in a great neighborhood

We were just booking an overnight stay on our trip for valentines day. The room was a really interesting room in a great area. We had been in this area the year before because of its cool atmosphere. Back to the room. It was upstairs of a great coffee shop. Very nicely maintained and like living in a very comfortable apartment. Great wood floors and well decorated. As we were travelling on valentines day the host had very nicely placed a rose of the table. A very considerate thoughtful touch that was greatly. Appreciated by the wife. It was just a really nice place in a cool neighbourhood, i wish we had planned the trip to stay there longer.

The location is excellent for Old Phuket Town. The staff are excellent and the accomadations were superb. The only thing I would add, is to be sure to be aware of the 1 to 2 flights of stairs. They can be difficult with bags.

Baan 125 is a lovely little apartment style stay with a kitchen and little living room. The decor is gorgeous and well-appointed. The location was great, within walking distance from lots of local food and shops. However, the bed was terrible. It was basically a one inch cushion on top of a hard board. In addition, the check in process was difficult, as there is no reception desk and we had to message the management company to check us in electronically. The cafe downstairs from the cafe was super accommodating and helpful when we had questions or needed help.
