I spent 5 nights at this hotel with my partner. Our studio was very spacious, bright and cleaned. The swimming pool area and the breakfast were also spot on. Good, quiet location, near Surin Beach and many typical restaurants and massage places

This was our second visit here. We love the kitchenette since we like to stay in for breakfast. The fold-out sofa is great although we didn’t need it. 7-11 very close by as well as other stores. On-site garage a huge bonus. We loved it!

Excellent hotel, especially for the price. Staff was so friendly, room was cleaned daily. Rooftop pool was amazing. Restaurant was very good but not open past 5pm most days. Would definitely recommend!

I loved the area around , not as crowded as Karon. Walkable distance to beach. We really enjoyed restaurant at the top floor, food was delicious and reasonably priced. Good service, staff was friendly and helpful. Overall the apartment was good but building is not as new as seen on images.

Nice stay, some areas of improvement

Nice spacious rooms with a good view, rooftop pool is really nice. Restaurant comes with good food for a reasonable price, opening hours are however a bit unclear as they close whenever it suits the staff and not for a set time every day, which makes it a bit difficult to plan when to eat. Only negative thing about the hotel would be that it is noticeably getting a bit older and would need a renovation around some areas of the room as well as the public amenities such as the pool. And maybe getting the pidgeons under control so the hotel is a bit cleaner on the outside.

Practical not charming

A clean, efficient, comfortable serviced modern accommodation. Convenient if you want practical and affordable for short stays. Has microwave, a stove top and fridge. Parking and good roof top gym and pool; although, the few loungers fill up in busy season. Good location, with 10-15 min walk to beach and eateries.

Ordinary, but great pool!

I was a bit disappointed, not to the point of dismay, but the room was, let's say, ordinary. I understand that I got a supposed "75%" discount but my expectations were for a pre-discount quality room. This room was not that. It was clean enough, service was good, but it just underwhelmed. Having said that, the rooftop pool is amazing! It is very big for the size of hotel, I'll give it that much!
