"Beautiful property and very clean village! Outstanding support staff such as restaurant cleaning people, always there to clean with a smile and quick to respond to request for items. Peter, front desk, was very helpful and supportive. The only negative was the shuttle driver, V5 route. Very rude and dismissive, more interested in making a personal call then answer questions relating to verifying stop. Excellent location for Grandworld and Vinworld."

"Excellent resort, the attention to detail and the level of service from all staff was amazing. We did find that the prices o. The resort were a bit too steep and like many others tended to eat out on the main road just outside the resort on most evenings. We will definitely recommend it though and can't wait to come back!"

"Excellent room and breakfast. The property design is quirky and will grow on you if you don't like it immediately at first sight. The beach is also very lovely but it could be a hit or miss. I was there mid Oct and the water isn't very clear and can have trash. You can still see small fish though. Food and drinks pricing are on the high side, but you can easily walk over to Khem beach for more affordable local seafood. Very lovely experience overall."

"Very comfortable, clean room. We had a large balcony ocean view room, but the sunbed on the balcony could have used some sort of cover as when the sun comes around in the afternoon, it was fully exposed and much too hot to sit outside. The food in their restaurants was very good and staff were very helpful and friendly"
