Bungalow style rooms with good size balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful to make you comfortable. Diem, the very special lady at the front desk was so nice and even went to the airport with me to help fix a complicated problem to get me on my flight. ‘Would love to come back. "

Not the highest of high luxury, but pretty darn nice, but if you’re shopping on hotels.com, and not going right to your luxury vacation planner, this should be perfect for you. Not knowing anything about Phu Quoc before going, it was exactly where I would want to be. Staff was incredibly nice. Easily walkable to plenty of restaurants, and centrally located to get anywhere else. Definitely recommend. And splurge for the waterview room. Well worth a few extra...
