And most appreciated case was I did late room reservation which at that time had no twin beds left. But they still can provide me good solution, then at least I got twin beds room. The hotel decoration is very nice and differentiate from other hotels nearby. Overall satisfaction is good and worth to come for visiting."

"Big clean room, good aircon and hot water. Breakfast is good and the pool is very nice. It's close to the imperial city by walk. When booking it says there is a gym but really the gym is in Duy Tan hotel which is close and free to use. We were not told this on the first day though, the receptionist on the first day just said "no gym" when I said I had seen it on the pictures when booking. The rest of the receptionists were very nice and helpful."
