"Very good services from hotel officers, they provided solutions and recommendation to me such as where to go for eat or sightseeing. And most appreciated case was I did late room reservation which at that time had no twin beds left. But they still can provide me good solution, then at least I got twin beds room. "The staff here were very kind, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to do their best and we really appreciated their hospitality. Mostly they all speak English, so that was not difficult at this hotel. The room was comfortable, easy accessibility with an elevator. we had a wonderful driver, so not sure much about the area but overall everything in Vietnam seemed very safe. "Big clean room, good aircon and hot water. Breakfast is good and the pool is very nice. It's close to the imperial city by walk. When booking it says there is a gym but really the gym is in Duy Tan hotel which is close and free to use. We were not told this on the first day though, the receptionist on the first day just said "no gym" when I said I had seen it on the pictures when booking. The rest of the receptionists were very nice and helpful."
