"Stayed in a swim up room beside the adult pool for 1 week which was fantastic and gave easy access to main amenities in the hotel. Things we loved - the spa (treatments were amazing), the food and drinks at the pool bar (great choice and everything we tried was delicious), the quiet and easy going vibe around the pool with plenty of sun loungers for all. The shuttle into town is a great option, however it's really cheap to get a Grab and give yourself the flexibility of coming and going on your own schedule. Things that could be improved: Breakfast - not as good as we hoped with luke warm hot options, pre-cooked and re-warmed poached eggs. Best breakfast bits were the fruit selection and freshly made omelettes. Beach - the area directly in front of the hotel is clean and beautiful, but progress round the first bush to go for a walk and there's plastic and general rubbish washed up / dropped on shore. Such a shame in such a beautiful location. Good hotel with lovely staff but a little bit more attention to detail could make it great."

"The logisitic on our arrival ( taxi/boat/tuk tuk) was so well organised. As we arrived late, they offered us to order food, and complete the whole check in the following day so we could rest. We had a front view bungalow, absolutely stunning.This hotel is the clean,peacefull and the staff is so kind. Would definitely recommand."

"Excellent location and outstanding service—we’re so glad we chose to stay here. The beachfront setting is beautiful, complete with its own small private beach, and the pool area is well-maintained with plenty of lounge chairs to relax in. The sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone at the front desk (especially Mass) was a pleasure to interact with—friendly, kind, and incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond by thoughtfully decorating our space to celebrate both our birthday and anniversary, which meant a lot to us. We also appreciated the complimentary pier pick-up and drop-off service, as well as the convenient water refill stations—small touches that made a big difference. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. "
