We were only there for less than 24 hours, but it was all good. Check in was easy. The exterior was very nicely maintained and thankfully had a large parking lot which was very full. The entry way and interior design is very pleasant. I would have been happy just sitting in the main lobby it was so pretty. Our room was clean and nicely laid out. Our room was quiet and we got the rest we needed. Would stay here again.

The front desk staff was very helpful. Room service was friendly and was a nice feature because I was traveling with my 4-year-old granddaughter. My only small complaint was in the early morning while rushing to get to the airport for an early flight there was no one at the desk to assist with cafe items and checkout. The shuttle driver was efficient and friendly.

Martin at the front desk was very helpful at check in. Thanked my husband for his military service. A lady was also helpful at check out. We ate dinner and breakfast at the Hilton. Food was good. Shuttle to airport was quick and the driver helped us with our luggage. Loading and unloading. We will stay again when in Phoenix.

I only stayed overnight to catch an early morning flight out of Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I ate dinner at the restaurant, the food and service were excellent. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a later flight and specifically picked the Hilton due to having restaurant and Bar. I got there a little after 10pm on a Saturday night due to a flight delay and all were closed even the Bar. I had not eaten and had been hoping to at least been able to order bar food.
