Grungy would describe the room. Rust in bathtub and microwave, material hanging out from bottom of bed, everything crammed into the space so when walking into the bathroom you got clipped by the tv. Two very thin towels and washcloths with a small bar of soap provided. The bathroom fan was filthy. Noisy from outside. Pool a sick green color. At least the doir locked. Very friendly desk person, the rest of the outside was clean and in repair, the room was disappointing. Not really what you would expect looking from the outside.

Great affordable overnight stay. I checked in after hours using the phone outside of the office. Check in staff was prompt and friendly. Would stay again.

The front desk is very helpful and nice to customers. Front desk did not know that the unit I was assigned to by her that was being worked on inside of the place. She quickly looked up for another room to assign me and is efficient in the process. Room I was in was it clean, things under the bed and there were trash items there, this I know because I lost an earring in the room looking for it but did not find it.

Okay stay

When we got to our room it smelled like cigarette smoke and weed smoke. There was not any kitchenware available since it was a suite we thought it would be included. There were four of us who stayed in the room and only two bath towels were provided and I had to pay to get more towels. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Stocking the room was poorly done.

The hotel desk closes overnight from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Therewere two bath towels, no hand towels, no wash clothes, and no way to make coffee. There was no microwave and zero cooking utensils. A small pot for boiling water and a cup or two would have been helpful. The vinyl sofa was worn and needed to be reupholstered. There was only one chair at the kitchen counter dining area when there should have been two chairs. Accessablity was good.

Room & Amenities: The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a good night’s sleep after long days of exploring. The bathroom was spotless, stocked with high-quality toiletries, and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. The room came with all the expected amenities—free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and coffee/tea-making facilities. However, I noticed that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, which could be a bother for light sleepers. Also, while the Wi-Fi was free, the speed was inconsistent during my stay, making it challenging to stream or work. ### Service: The service was impeccable from the moment I checked in. The staff at the front desk were warm, friendly, and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. They were more than happy to offer restaurant recommendations and tips for getting around the area. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room fresh and tidy each day, and room service was prompt and courteous. One small downside was a delayed response when I requested extra towels. It took longer than expected, but the staff were apologetic and attentive once the issue was resolved.

The check-in process was easy and quick. The room was clean. But when I asked for extra pillows, I was told they don’t have any. I have never been to a hotel that doesn’t have extra pillows. I then explained to them that I needed to get a different remote for the television because the remote wouldn’t work and the front desk person didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. She kept telling me to push buttons on my remote that didn’t exist based on what the TV was supposed to be doing.All of the drawers in the room were broken, and the light switches didn’t do what you expected them to do. They’re also wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner available And only one bar of soap. So if we had accidentally forgotten toiletries, we would’ve been out of luck. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful whenever I needed anything I just don’t understand the lack of extra supplies available to people. There were two pillows in my room that were almost as flat as pancakes and the room is supposed to sleep four people. How are they not four pillows for a room that sleeps for people? This is not a hotel that we will be staying at anytime soon.

We had to leave to a different hotel. The bathroom tub was rusted, carpet dirty and the beds and room had a very bad smell. No toiletries. The lady at check-in was nice.
