I would like to speak to someone about a refund. the clerk Jessie at extended stay said she would be able to refund if Expedia called her. I wasn't able to get the room due to unfortunate events. it seems that my guest had let someone rent a room there Usung his ID and they treated the room very poorly and because he was my guest I was put on the "unable to stay or rent a room" list. which really screwed me. I worked all day to get the money for the room. we have unfortunately been staying in our car for about 5 months now, and I finally get caught up on other bills and was able to get a room only to be turned away. I wasn't able to check in until late today because my mother was rushed to the ER having heart issues. it's been a terrible day. When booking with an online broker such as Expedia they give you the dumpiest room. The rooms showin on the site photos are not the ones given to the registered Expedia guest and will only be given for additional upcharge per day if paid upon arrival. The carpet was torn, the furniture was old, weathered and peeling. I also saw a small roach near the sink.

Ok the rooms are thoroughly cleaned and taken care of on regular basis, and I stay there a few times and I keep going back because I've had good luck with getting a room and the I have met a couple of of the desk clerks that are very sociable and some that could care less about how your stay would be .the rooms are not the fanciest or well maintained to perfection with the repairs would be like putting lipstick on a pig painted and new flooring+5 years of use ..give or take .no smells that's a plus . Advise try not to get the rooms next to laundry or stairs very noisy door slamming will upset you. And I've ever stayed even though I not one to destroy property they feel that I need to pay a hundred dollars deposit the card and you wait for 3 or 4 days for that to be returned or the handy ATM machine with a reasonable rate is there for your convenience. $3.50 ? Oh last week I had a bath towel for the floor that had a stain from the oil I would guess on the bottom of my flip flops and after looking closer my flip flops don't have tread on them and I didn't have the time to argue it out or bring the maintenance workers in for a line up to compare the soles of there work shoes and I will bring this up today when I'm checking in.also yeah scenic cockroach in the bathroom you only see one you know there's millions but then you know it could have been the maintenance guy or could have been the exterminator spraying that day the marks stained a bath floor towel that cost me 3 or 4$ .

The refrigerator and black mold in it the room had not been mopped on the floor for quite some time and the friend staff was so much helpful but not fully educated on their policies

What planned to be a family gateway ended up in frustration and shame. The room provided had a strong smell that caused an immediately exit to catch fresh air. Our family dinner ended up in our vehicle do to room conditions. Smelly and old filthy carpet Poor furniture Bathroom ( sink and tub) seemed unclean and germy with live fly inside. Bedsheets old and rip Unsafe for children Front desk checking smell cigarettes smoke and witness people smoking on nonsmoker area. Room had a strong smell, dull look probably due to deterioration overall and very unwelcome. We had an immediately exit and a check out and lost of our money which was nonrefundable because the company is aware of the hotel conditions that are offering . This hotel is more to accommodate homeless people. Would like my money back.

Front desk lady was nice .... The upstairs walking balcony thingy was broken and all it was is dirt that you track in to the room and the rooms were super old thought I was sent back to the 80's... And there was a note on the door they were spraying for rodents one do the days I was staying there so we needed to be out of the room by 10 a.m. might I add I work nights so I lost sleep because they said if you weren't out you'd be charged $100 for not being ready so I made sure I was out of the room so I think I should have been accommodated because of that it's not my fault they are spraying but yea other than that it was koo nice and quiet not loud at all

Room was very worn down, dirty and the toilet kept clogging. They scheduled maintenance to spray my room for pests twice while I was there during my four night stay. The hotel was in a very bad part of town and there were homeless people lurking around the parking lot at night. At least I didn't see any bugs so that's a plus.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! Most unethical place I’ve ever stayed. Evil lives there for sure. was one of the most dramatic experience I’ve had in my life as far as being guest in a hotel customer service how I was treated by others during the crisis in my life. So it only is this place unethical illegal fraudulent and you can forget about getting your deposit back. My boyfriend and I went to stay there because I had a house fire and my mom died three weeks after so we’ve been displaced from our home. I stay there years ago and it was called red roof Inn. I was late at night one time by myself trying to see a domestic violence situation. They had security, but it looked like a very hotel in reference to the people that stayed there and hung out around there lots of actor in criminal behavior. When I check in, I went to the room took a bubble bath lit dimension. I picked up at the dollar store and tried to relax and then why in my mind my candy bar nestled under the covers and went to sleep. Next thing I know someone’s beating down my door never mind I’m messy button I have severe PTSD from all the trauma scared me to death and jumped l

One of the ladies that works upfront during the day is very rude. My son does online school and has special needs my husband and I take turns helping him and work jobs. One day we got there to let her know we extended our stay online the night prior it was a few minutes after 11 which was check out time and she was very rude threatening to keep our deposit if we didn’t come before 11. A couple days later my husband was at work and an employee came to the door saying I was due for check out. I had extended it the previous night on Expedia so I was confused. Once my son went on lunch from school I went down there. Before I did I checked my app and sure enough the reservation was for an extended stay not extenda suites so it was an error which is easy to make given the name. I corrected the reservation went to the office and she was so rude telling me I had to check out the next day because this was the second time we came after 11. I said well it was an accident and explained the she demanded my husband the cardholder needed to come in I explained he was at work it was my app the reservation was on and it included myself my son and my dog. I also let her know I paid through the 12 the next 2 days and she said well after the 12 th you can’t stay here anymore u have to check out. We haven’t had any issues here we are quiet and keep to ourselves we are displaced from our home do to a fire and I’m currently battling stage 4 cancer. I was hoping we could stay here til after Xmas
