"The property was no frills and the staff super helpful. Would stay again!"

"If you’re looking to book a stay in St. Maarten look no further, Belair Beach Hotel literally has everything you need! From well maintained rooms, nice staff, and a beautiful beach right behind the property! I give this place 10/10 and will be returning!"

"Clive to the beach and shopping center"

"The property is situated next to all the local amenities and it's just few steps away from the Great Bay Beach. Andrae made me feel right at home."

"I was blindsided by the unexpected $100.00 cash Deposit upon checking in apparently it was there in the paragraph on policy I did not read it so that's on me. The young lady at check counter was very nice and helpful, I asked her to show me where this statement was and she did. Bathroom was fairly clean except for the grout on the walls. I was disappointed upon arrival the property did look as it was advertised."

"The place was amazing"

"The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious. The hotel is under renovation on the outside. Overall great stay. Perfect location in town and close to the ferry"
