"Great customer service at both check-in and check-out. The room was spacious and comfortable. Next time, I’ll be sure to request queen beds instead of doubles—especially when sharing with a 12-year-old (lol). We really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel also features a heated pool and an adults-only jacuzzi, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is conveniently located near plenty of stores and restaurants."

"I was moving out of state and stayed here for one night after moving out of my apartment. I was traveling with my dog and bird. Normally they do not allow birds due to noise, but they made adjustments and got me a room that was amazing. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. "

"Over all the room was very nice. The furnishings are dated and need some refurbishment but they were thoughtfully chosen and clean. The location was quite good if you had a car because there wasn't much close by with regards to shops and restaurants but it was quiet and had a nice pool to cool off. "

"Safety Harbor is a wonderful spa with all the amenities you would want. However, as a person with mobility problems there are a few issues. There is too much walking with long hallways with ramps that lead to various areas of the building and are difficult to navigate. If you're not lucky enough to get a handicapped designated parking spot the walk into the building is also long. The hot tub water was very hot, a little too hot for me. The jets were strong so strong I began to float and people had to come to my aid to help me out! The buildings are older but well preserved with clean spaces everywhere I went. The decor is elegant. The workers were all very nice and extremely helpful. My massage was wonderful. Every spa treatment you can think of is there along with robes, lockers, showers and changing rooms for both men and women. Great restaurants and drinks for your choice. I'm sure the Easter Buffet was delicious but it cost a bit much for my pocket at $97.00 per person. Safety Harbor was an enjoyable weekend experience. But be aware and careful if you have mobility issues. "
