"Stayed in two different t rooms. One was kinda grimy the other was not as bad. You can tell they have updated a few items in the rooms like candies and some flooring but it’s mismatched. I was expecting a higher quality hotel basted on the ratings. The rooms were load and doors didn’t gently close so noise from other rooms or hallways nose was heard clearly."

"I left the property after staying only a few hours. I arrived late due to an accident and the staff was nonchalant and we couldn’t understand anything she said. The property was dated with mildew smell when we entered the room. Sink was stopped up, shower was broken and carpet has an awful odor. No micro refrigerator. We left knowing that we had paid for an additional two days and didn’t care that we would lose the money. We were there to vacation and wanted a NICE place to stay and that definitely was not it. Manager stated that because I booked through third party and had paid for what I thought was incidental that I wouldn’t get my money back and it wasn’t her problem."

"This property is in serious need of renovation and does not match the condition shown in its online photos. It feels outdated and dingy throughout. During our stay, there was a flooding issue in the main lobby, which only added to the overall poor impression. The restroom artwork had broken frames and visible water damage, and the faucets were worn and faded. The bedding was heavily used, and the overlay blankets were covered in pilling and looked old and unclean. The décor and flooring throughout the property appear neglected and overdue for replacement. The only positives were the friendly staff and the indoor pool, which the kids enjoyed—but overall, the condition of the hotel falls well below expectations."
