"Stayed during Fiesta. Big mistake. All floors & elevators were soaked in pool water because guests couldn’t be bothered to dry before leaving the pool area & staff were too indifferent to care. Toilet handle in restroom would stick. Restroom floor was disgustingly sticky. Beds were worn and not comfortable at all. Will definitely never stay at this property again. "

"The rooms are outdated and needs some updating. I booked 2 rooms one had a musty order and the tub stopper was broken.The manager did offer us a room change which we took.i wasn't expecting a parking fee,that took me by surprise. I would not book this hotel again."

"Brunch was disappointing some of the food under warmer lights too long, French toast and danish were hard. Hash brown were not the best. Omelette was good, sausage and beacon were good."

"Check in was easy, staff was pleasant, and the room was generally comfortable. The room is nearing time for an upgrade - the side table had an entire corner that was worn off and the bathroom has calcium build up and grout is changing colors. The airport shuttle was not as convenient as I would have hoped. They require that you wait to call when you arrive. I tried scheduling it and was asked to call back only to be sent to voicemail later."
