"This was a fantastic hotel, very nice. We only stayed the one night, The location is convenient to go explore, with the shard only 10mins and St Paul’s 6 mins. The service and staff was just fantastic.
The room was amazing and very clean. The breakfast was fabulous with a good range to pick from.

"Despite our initial issue at the beginning of our 5 nights stay, the front desk manager, Trevor, managed to go above and beyond and made the stay excellent for us.
The room is well arranged and very clean. Location is near tube station. The front desk staff members were friendly but can be more efficient and helpful."
