"綺麗で清潔、朝ご飯もいいです。屋上のインフィニティプール、砂場付きもいい感じでした。が、１つだけ、ハズタブに溜めるお湯が錆か？汚れで流石にはいれないぐらい汚いお湯が出てきたので水の管理、確認はしっかりして欲しいです。それ以外はまた、活用させて頂きたく思います。ありがとうございました。"

"We had a 1 night stop over and it was good, clean and convenient. Unfortunately we had an early flight so we couldn't try the breakfast. The pool was lovely"

"I’m sorry I speak very little Bahasa. My stay at the Luminor was very good indeed. Thank you so much."

"Expedia didn't help at all in the cancellation process / instead to acting in the moment decided to act 3 days after !!!!! worst service ever !!!!!"

"Perfect, nothing to complaint about"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, their English was clear. The rooms were a bit tired, not unclean, just stained in the grout. The breakfast had a wide variety but the coffee was not good, there are so many good coffee places not far. The water was not sealed so we bought from the supermarket almost next door."

"After long flight we wasn’t able to check in right away. We have to wait for third party to give us the key . It was hassle there instructions from third party that received last minute. We not able to communicate. All my texted no answer. No internet when online said provided for internet. We stayed one night only from two nights reserved. It was very disappointing. "
