"Clean"

"A hidden gem! I loved how clean the hotel and room were, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was only there for one night for a work trip, but I honestly wished I could have stayed longer. I can’t wait to come back!"

"Rooms were clean and included all amenities. Great breakfast. Limo service was outstanding, taking you in town, where ever you wanted to go and picking you up! Excellent amenity!"

"Maps takes you to Casino not Hotel"

"The staff was not professional as far as greeting you and also cleaning staff hung out around the front lobby and had loud conversations amongst themselves which should have been done in a different location. Our room still had garbage in the trash can under bathroom sink and there were several items that needed maintenance. On our 6 day trip through Michigan and Wisconsin this was by far the worst stay."

"The room was super clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly! The hotel has been renovated, and everything felt fresh, clean, and welcoming. I had a great experience and really enjoyed my stay."

"Staff was extremely friendly, area around hotel is adorable and the hotel itself is an amazing historical building. Right across the street from the lake. Building could definitely use some maintenance and a decorator that specializes in historical buildings, it has unimaginable potential!"

"Very nice"

"Historic hotel in a great location. The staff is friendly but sleep walks through the day."

"The pool area is spacious and clean. Grounds are attractive. Patio, balconies, deck chairs and fire pit have views of beautiful lawn, woods and waterway. I personally would have appreciated more protein options at breakfast. There was yogurt. There were no meats or eggs offered. Cereals, and carb offerings were extensive. Staff was responsive and top notch."

"When we first checked in the gentleman was very friendly. We did the pre-checkin, so we just needed our room key. We then gathered our stuff and checked our room. Overall seemed good. However, later after my shower I went to use some lotion from the samples they leave, but the lotion was almost empty and you could tell it was used (very goopy). We were not informed where the pool was and did not see any signs fir the area, although it was not hard to locate. The door going into pool area had...
