" Absolutely loved this place. The decor was rustic, quirky with some steam punk thrown in. The atmosphere was relaxing and Helen and John were so welcoming and friendly. We were on our way to an event and we wanted to get our bearings in daylight as we would not be checking in until the evening so we popped in on the way. "Room very clean and comfortable, staff friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Also excellant breakfast. Close to Hereford town and Dewsall Court (we were there for a wedding)."

"This place wasn’t what we hoped for so we didn’t stay. The room was not as big as it seemed on photos, no room to put our suitcases out. Room was dated and doors opened out onto parking lot. Very dark, no lights outside and muddy from a water main break. To make matters worse, a policeman knocked on door to say there had been an armed robbery nearby and offender was seen nearby. Very scary and unnerving. We decided we couldn’t stay and found another hotel. Swan House were not willing to refund....

"Very clean and pleasant room with lots of space and amenities. Wonderful guest lounge with all round beautiful views. Attentiveness Welcome and helpfulness of owners. Nothing was too much trouble. "

"A nice friendly farm B and B. I was in the anex which was a 1st floor room with the bath room below. It had a whirlpool bath. I found everything clean and usable. It had a small cupboard style kitchenette which was nice with a sink element and plates, cups and cutlery with tea and coffee. The breakfast was in the main farm house next door which was nice and cooked to order by the host who was very helpful and polite. All in all I would use this accommodation again. Thanks "
