"Rooms were ve dry clean and comfortable. Location was very quiet. Our smoke detector started beeping and the owner came and replaced it immediately. Excellent service. "
"Very comfortable and clean room. We stayed almost 2 weeks and had a very peaceful stay. The only thing we didn’t like was there was 2 of us and we only got one key card and you needed your key to get into the building so that was inconvenient occasionally but we managed, overall great stay!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at TownePlace Colorado Springs South. The staff was amazing!! Loved the breakfast options as well. My only issues were a couple of dead bugs in the room, and the bed was not as soft as I remembered it being for a TownePlace from stays in the past; maybe it's my pregnancy (lol). Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely recommend friends and family staying here, and plan to stay here again myself in the future."
"No dining options nearby. Staff seemed uncertain on other food places to dine out. Breakfast was a step above in quality and design (really liked the belgian waffle setup). Entry and exit to the hotel was oddly designed. Shuttle driver excelled in their jobs and a credit to your hotel. Plenty of towels and other amenities, but shower is a bit of a slip if not aware (bath mat would be good). Cleaning staff did a great job but they weren't ready until after 5:30 pm, but they may have been...
"My room was clean. The lady who checked me in after my flight was delayed several hours was very nice and professional. The property was quiet at night. I did not see any of the problems mentioned in other reviews. The property is basic with no frills and inexpensive. "
