"This place needs to be condemned, TERIBLE So much to say, No Towels (2), no blow dryer, no creamer and sugar, dirty floors, drugies sleeping out the front parking lot door, had a room booked for the next day we just left went somewhere else, car was still there next morning a plus, door lock broken, Terrible!!!! Gal at the front desk was trying to be helpful. Won't stay at a place like this again. Pool looks good and pictures too they lie."

"This place was horrible. Our room had holes in the wall, and in one spot the bathroom wall had long - term damage from a water leak. The breakfast bar was pathetic; no butter for two days for you waffle! The clientele staying there looked a little sketchy to me, prrhaps indicating yhis is more of a long-term residence facility than a motor inn."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were nice and quite, I rarely heard people in the hallways or the doors of other rooms opening and closing. The HVAC worked well. The kitchenet was useful. The rooms are still in good condition from the renovation last year and everything was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Fridge was a little noisy but not too bad. Parking lot was nice and lit up at night so I felt safe going in an out at night. Continental Breakfast was very minimal, could do with a few additions but they did have: Granola bars, oatmeal, muffins, some fruit, and coffee."

"The location is perfect when I use COS airport. No reservations needed. Staff are very courteous and very helpful. I like the available eating options right there that I can heat up and take to my room. My room is always clean and ready for me. I highly recommend Tru By Hilton Colorado Springs Airport!"
