"Good"

"Yes Mall downstairs lots of food choices and supermarket"

"Excellent staff. Poor hotel. No refrigerator in room. Only one small recessed ceiling light in bathroom. I was unable to shave with razor, so I bought a light for the bathroom. Only two clothes hangers. I asked for more and was given two more even though I needed 8 . I bought more hangers. No stall or curtain for shower so water goes all over the floor and is very slippery. I bought a shower mat for personal safety. No work desk for computer use. No laundry service or laundry facilities at...

"Super duper dirty, like never clean can see from my picture, all stain on bedsheets sofa even towel yellow still can provide to customer. Disgusting"

"Clean unitv"

"The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved."

"洗濯機がついていてとても生活しやすい"

"Yes, the room is very spotless. No staff but the instruction to pick up the keys and enter the is simple & easy to follow. "

"バストイレの臭いが強く、シャワーの温度調節も困難だった。立地だけは良かった。"

"The room is clean and new, very well for the cleanliness. But still under renovation, so duty outside and building not much people stay, have constructors staying as well, each floor might only you and the others room occupied. If stay alone need to be careful. Butthe room view are very nice and very clean. Parking is not included need to pay yourself. Will stay again but when with family or partner. Love the clean and new room."

" The registered address was incorrect; it's actually inside Sunway Pyramid. After retrieving the key from the mailbox, I could take the elevator up from basement floor. After notifying them via WhatsApp that I had entered the room, I was instructed to place the deposit into another mailbox. As a traveler, I didn't know if Sunway Pyramid was safe, but I followed the instructions, took a photo of where I placed it, and shared it with him. The next day, he contacted me saying the deposit was NOT in...

"The reception staff were helpful and polite. The room was spacious with a pantry, dining table and sufficient bathroom amenities. However, the pillow didn't feel clean or fresh and the room smelled of moth balls which reduced somewhat after a few days but did not completely go away. The location was a bit far for me and LDP can be quite jam especially at peak hours."
