"Nice enough hotel with a pleasant entranceway & dining area. Staff were mixed: reception staff were rude, cursory & dismissive. Many occasions long queues due to only one staff at reception & they were not welcoming or pleasant. Bar staff however more professional & courteous."

"This hotel had an excellent location lakeside and within the walled area of the castle.There is a thermal swimming pool in an adjacent building which was very good. Our room was large but the bathroom was very small for example the bidet was so close to the wall that it could not be easily mounted. ..."
