You will visit an original Austrian fort, the seasoning area for the products, in an environment that combines tradition, modernity and technology, leaving the charm of the historical asset in which we find unchanged. You will learn about the approach, philosophy and production methods that have been passionately pursued for years.

You will go then to the dedicated area, where you can taste organic wines of the territory, accompanied with quality cheeses and cured meats, and Garda olive oil paired with an artisanal focaccia of ancient grains.
