The girl with glasses and black hair at the front desk was very rude and didn't even look at me.Later, I wanted to change the room for some reasons, and it was acceptable because the policy was rejected.But I can't even get a reasonable explanation. In the end, I don't know what the reason is. I asked her name, and she said she refused to tell me any information.I think the front desk staff of this hotel has no training at all and is not enthusiastic about this job.I decided to check out immediately half an hour after checking in. EvenI will lose the cost of two nights.If you decide to stay in this hotel, you must be careful of their strange policies. And accept their poor service attitude.this is the worst hotel around Bay Area."

"Room was clean and had plenty of room which made things comfortable. The grounds were kept up very well as grounds keepers were seen actively. Parking spots are a little tight but plenty of spots. Breakfast is continental style which I wish had more options."

"Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was extremely crowded however it was Spring Break for a lot of people. We love how everything we needed was within walking distance. "
