"Avithos resort looks as good as the photos. Chose this resort because of the kitchenette so that I could make food in the apartment and it didn’t disappoint. The kitchen has everything you need, except they don’t provide washing up liquid and sponge. It was lovely sitting out on the balcony for dinner or a drink. "Great spot. Handy having the bar/taverna right in front. Host empties the trash and brings fresh towels daily. Only disappointment was that the sun beds shown in the photos are not included with the room rate. Beds in the room left us with a bit of a back ache as well."

"The view of the ocean was the best part. The swimming pool was also excellent. Walking back to the hotel from the main strip was a little tough due to the steep incline. And I would have liked to see more Greek options for breakfast instead of all the English options. The rooms were cleaned very well. "

"We spent 2 weeks in August at Maria’s. Lovely apartments with beautiful surroundings and a gorgeous view. Apartments were basic but had everything we needed. There is a hairdryer (which isn’t mentioned in the description). Check in was easy, we had a late arrival and were advised in advance of our apartment number beforehand and access instructions. Housekeeping was daily and maids were very friendly. As mentioned previously, it is a steep hill up to the apartments but we found it walkable....

"Hotel was excellent all around, nice pool with view of ocean, room and balcony great view , clean and neat, housekeeping came in every day, owners were very friendly and helpful….. provided maps and insights into sights to visit…… Quiet and location to port, center , and some great beaches were close…… I will return…… never had a chance to sample restaurant( hotel was closing for season)……… I recommend without reservation…. "I would stay here again. This property is located in a quiet, yet gorgeous corner of the island. The onsite staff were excellent, the views lovely, the breakfast adequate and the pool/common areas were exactly as expected. "Property was clean, comfortable and well equipped for a short stay. AC big bonus. Walks to beach and shop were further than expected. Was disappointed there was no pool or hub in the very small complex of Malibu Apts but it turns out to be the norm in Lassi. Really recommend Marianna Pool and bar which is nearby."
