"We stayed one night on a visit to Perth and this will be our go-to hotel on any future visits to the city. From the owner's welcome to the beautiful served breakfast, this hotel ticks all the boxes. Our room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean and the bed was large and very comfortable, There were lots of lovely touches like the welcome scones, real coffee and cafetieres - all the things that make a room feel welcoming and homely. "I will definitely return to this Hotel . Very clean , very good value for your money , and the Breakfast is to be one of the reasons you stay . Good old fashioned Full Breakfast, with black pudding and Haggis, toast and Orange juice, with tea or coffee. Thanks so much for the warm welcome , see you in 2026."

"We stayed at the Scone Arms for one night and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was spotless, our bedroom was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they even made us a lovely vegan English breakfast, which we really appreciated. We didn’t have time to explore Perth on this visit, but we’d happily stay at this hotel again when we return in the future."

"The room was spotless, warm and spacious. We opted for Deluxe room which was situated in the annexed building on ground level. The staff were extremely welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful. Plenty of storage and coat/clothes hanging space. Being in a rural spot, we found it very peaceful. A large car park is sited just across the road, which links Perth and nearby Glenfarg. The manager and chef provided recommendations for places to visit by car. We enjoyed our stay here, part of a longer touring...

"What an amazing property. A real hidden gem. Property was much larger and more spacious than I expected from the listing. Social living areas downstairs were just fabulous and bedroom spaces upstairs were great. A couple of the bedrooms a bit rough round the edges however all bedrooms nice and clean. Outdoor space was great with a fire pit and outdoor furniture. The propertys location is great for peace and quiet, although there is one property next to it we never seen or heard anyone...
