"A great stop-off en route to the Highlands. Polite and pleasant welcome from Anna on Reception. Decent room with big bed and all one would need for a short stay. Breakfast (hot and cold offerings) sets you up for the day. Good levels of cleanliness, except for cigarette ends in the allocated smoking areas - though this says as much about the people who drop this litter as the hotel itself. Would recommend this hotel."
"Dejligt hotel, super restaurant og meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Hotellet har en dejlig have, hvis man kan slappe af.
Beliggenheden er lige ved siden af tog stationen og 10 minutters gåafstand til centrum. "
"Meikleour Arms is a unique inn on a large estate (hence "Arms," which refers to the coat of arms of the estate owner. Cozy inn, delicious meals (venison from the estate, for instance), lots of personality. We loved staying here, and fishing with Ian, the "ghillie" who put me onto a beautiful sea trout and taught me how to cast a spey rod. "
"We had a lovely stay and found the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was large and very comfortable, although it was very warm and could have done with a fan. When we checked out, I mentioned this and was informed that we could have asked for a fan from reception. There were quite a few stairs and no lift so this was challenging as I have mobility issues but a member of staff helped us with our cases,so that was a help."
"Beautiful hotel meals excellent staff lovely and interested in the guests we met a lady that knew people from kinghorn that we knew she worked in dunkeld hotel will definitely book again "
"We had a wonderful stay at Murrayshall. This was our second visit, having stayed around 18 months ago in the wintertime. It was nice to see the hotel at a different time of year, but the rooms, staff and excellent dinner in Eilos remained the same. A very good stay. The only thing that could have been better was breakfast - it seemed a little disorganised. "
