"My daughter and I stayed at Nikos Villas for a week in July 2025. It was just perfect. The location is close enough to easily walk to the center of Oia within 10 minutes; however, it is far enough out that it is in quiet surroundings. The villa was clean and well-maintained. The A/C worked well; however, we kept the windows and doors open to enjoy the breezes. The pool area was clean and well-kept. The pool menu and drinks were great, thanks much to Georgia and Maria! And the front desk...
