"Pool was not open. We were informed that tap water not drinkable. Hotel initially provided 1 small water bottle per guest but we were told any additional bottles were the guest’s responsibility. We feel that the Riad should provide as much drinkable water as required for guests. Staff very accommodating and helpful (Thank you Bouba, Abraham & Mouran). Location of the Riad was within walking distance of most attractions. "

"Close to the Jamaa el Fna square- a short walk from the square leads to the hotel. The reception is on the right immediately on entering the premises through a nice wooden door. The receptionist welcomed me in on opening the door. From the reception the hotel opens to 3 indoor courtyards accessed on different levels by a staircase. The rooms are on the edge of each courtyard. My room was spotless, 2 single beds, a small seating area, built in wardrobe space and nice washroom and toilet, lastly a decent sized shower room- lots of hot water "

"I transferred from another local hotel to this Riad and Eriko, after responding promptly to my messages and questions, greeted me kindly and courteously at the door and had my room ready to go. She provided me with information I needed, a map of the Medina and suggestions of where to go. The riad was renovated by her with care and incredible taste, is a very quiet and beautiful respite from the bustling, crowded alleyways of the Medina. The breakfast was delicious and hot. Would recommend 200%. Absolute 5 stars ⭐️."

"Beautiful riad in a great location. Corinne is a really helpful host who made suggestions both before we arrived and once we were there if places to go and things to do and he and the staff helped arrange taxis and meals. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful and a special shout out to Jamaâ who was always smiling and willing to help. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech"
