"Unsere Zeit im Bleu de Toi Boutique Hotel vom 20.05. bis 26.05. war rundum gelungen. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten direkt in unser Zimmer einchecken. "We loved this place! The overall setting was stunning, our room was nice and comfortable with the beautiful views of the beach and the pools. The food was delicious and the setting was very romantic. The complimentary shuttle to the nearby town about 20 minutes away was very helpful. The water level on the beach was a little too shallow for our taste, but we still enjoyed it. Two faithful, well behaved dogs on the property had surely added yo the atmosphere! We would love to return!"

"Front staff lacks training in handling fire hazard/emergency situations. AC took long to get fixed after which sparks caused a fire that I extinguished and informed the reception staff to get this looked at asap but there was no real sense of danger/urgency on their behalf, which indicates I was purposely put in a defective room and wasted 3-4 hrs of my stay. Check in took long to get done. Overall a poor experience. "

"The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly and the room was well maintained. There were not enough loungers at the pool, which meant you had to get to the pool by 9:00am to get a place. Bar service was slow at all the bars. The resort is very busy and great if you like the constant traffic and noise. "Don’t count on transport arrangements being completed correctly. Got to airport and no shuttle transport had been set up even though I had an email confirming arrangements had been made. We had to get a taxi at the airport. Then they tried to charge us for the shuttle. Never even offered a verbal apology:( "
