The only big problem was very poor wifi (like brutal) and connectivity using your own data plan. Loved the property but likely wouldn’t stay there again as it was just far too difficult to access online resources etc"

"Very well located, spacious and well kept. Unfortunately they put us in a room right at the entrance of their second building in our first night. Our bed was right in front of the main door, so anyone could see us and we could hear every one that was coming in + the cleaning team at 6am next morning. Also the air conditioning was not working. Next day they moved us to a far better room that I believe should better reflect their standards. Make sure you don’t get that 1st family room!"

"An excellent location off the Royal Mile. The room was spacious, and the in-room washer/dryer made our trip easier. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was a Sainsbury nearby for groceries. This room (#4) faces the back courtyard and church - we found it very light-filled yet without street noise. There is no elevator, but the steps were easy."
