We received a text with all the access codes to gate and our room. Very complete directions. Easy access, but not ADA as the description points out. Owners always stopped to say hi if they saw us outside. Very quiet. Short hike up to Munson Mountain, but we used the road access to the park (1/4 mile away), then took the mostly paved trails. Great views of the city and lake. Lots of wineries to explore and wines to taste. We WILL stay here again on our next Penticton trip. Thanks to all who made the visit special for our anniversary!

Lovely place to stay with very friendly hosts. A bit out of town if that’s what you’re after, but very manageable if you’re happy to walk. We walked to town in 50mins down the Kettle Valley trail which was an easy pedestrian/bike only route. Vineyards and brewery within walking distance to the hotel. Hotel has a lovely lookout at the top of their vineyard which we enjoyed with a beer we picked up in town. The hosts were friendly and very helpful, particularly when our car wouldn’t start and jump started us in no time!

We had a great stay. The room was amazing and the sun chairs on the vineyard hill were an absolute highlight. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Best spot on our 2 week roadtrip!
Either hotels.com can let me rate this 11/10 or im going to have to downgrade some previous ratings. This place is a gem, really happy we booked here and fully recommend it! The property is outstanding, the location is great, and lovely host family (and cat, Nancy). We really enjoyed the complimentary items - lovely soaps/bike access/breakfast. The room was huge! And comfiest bed we had on our trip. There was nothing negative about our experience (except we didnt stay longer). In fact it was above and beyond what we was expecting. We will definitely come back next time were in the area!

The property is outstanding. Overlooking view of the Okanagan lake. Breakfast was so good. Easy access to Penticton and the wineries on Naramata Bench. Will stay there again.

We had a fantastic time at Munson Mountain Estates. Its located very close to the KVR and mext to some great wineries. My daughter especially had a great time walking around the vineyard and seeing chickens. The place was also very family friendly with lots of toys to keep kids busy.

Highly recommend this place. My family stayed at the cottage for over a week and loved it. Beautiful property in a quiet and convenient location. Hosts were wonderful, very welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay
Wonderful stay! The hosts are very kind and friendly. The views are amazing. We felt at home since we arrived. The location is fantastic if you're interested in visiting the vineyards in the Natamata Bench. We will definitely be back!

I definitely recommend this property. The scenery and the views are breathtaking. The owners are very welcoming and made me feel like if I was at home. Every morning, I drank my coffee, while listening to the natural music of birds sounds. Very, very relaxing. I’ll come back for sure.

Great location amongst the wineries and next to the bike trail that follows the coast. A bit of a walk or a very short drive to Penicton. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. They were great and full of recommendations for local things like wineries, restaurants, beaches and activities. They also let us borrow their stroller for our baby. We also loved our room, it was a luxurious place with nice touches like the bedding and the dressing gowns. The breakfast was good and had lots of fresh berries. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful time in the vineyard.
We had an amazing time at Munson Mountain estates Band B. Extremely helpful and friendly owners. Excellent breakfast with the most delicious coffee. It is located steps from the KVR trail where we spent many hours bike riding. We walked to Poplar Grove for dinner and we biked to Hillside winery for dinner too. Beautiful grounds. Beautiful viewing point a little walk up through vineyard. Enjoyed their homemade wine while taking in the gorgeous view. Our bikes were safe outside our villa style room every day and night. We are going back with family in August.

Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful sanctuary just outside of Penticton. I was working in penticton for a few days it is so close and convenient for heading into town but so lovely to be in peace and quiet when returning. The property itself is stunning, the bed was super comfy, and the breakfast in the morning was perfect to take outside and enjoy the scenery. The hosts were so accommodating and lovely. I’m looking forward to returning!

MM Estates rooms are in a small building on a 10 acre property with vineyards and a nice view of the lake. It is gated, so it is very secure. My room was clean and equipped with better-than-average furniture. The room was very quiet and well removed from any traffic. Nothing is within walking distance, however, it would be a very convenient base for exploring the wineries of Naramata.

Home away from home!! Hosts were just amazing. The AC was so quiet and kept the heatwave away. The breakfast was freshly baked everyday. The view from the top of the vineyard was priceless. Town and wineries were all within a short scenic drive. So happy we stayed there as opposed to somewhere in town.
