I had a problem which I'm sure wouldn't bother everyone but I was given a new room and not made feel bad about it. The staff were excellent. It's situated in the perfect area, close to everything."

"Hotel is in a great location and it’s really handy to be able to leave your luggage - at a small cost. Our room was small so for two people it was difficult to move around each other. However it was ok for a couple of nights with two small cases only. We were also in a basement room so could feel the tube going passed."
