"The first room sounded like an airplane was taking off inside of our room bc I’d the AC unit. It didn’t work. We got moved to another room that smelled and felt like a swamp. It was wet. The floor was wet, the items on bed we wet, our items got wet while there for less than 24 hours. Disgusting. ..."
