"The staff was very accommodating and spoke English which was very helpful. There were about 20 marble stairs up to our room that weren’t mentioned in the description. Thankfully an attendant was able to help us with our heavy bags. The parking in front of the hotel was a tight squeeze although much better than our other experiences in the older parts of cities in Sardinia.
