Furthermore, the first two keys I was provided did not work. Each time I had to return to the desk to resolve this, I had to wait for 10 minutes and then 15 minutes respectively. Ultimately, I had to be moved to a different room. On a positive note, I would like to mention that the young man who worked the reception in the evening was super helpful.
