What a unique and unforgettable experience! Staying at this beachfront glamping hotel in Pedernales is truly something special ,a complete change of scenery and a beautiful way to reconnect with nature without giving up comfort. Sleeping in a tent right by the ocean is simply magical. We were also kindly upgraded by the owner to a beachfront lodge, literally right on the sand, which made the experience even more exceptional. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping straight onto the beach is something I will never forget. The restaurant is excellent, with delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere that perfectly matches the setting. And the beach… absolutely breathtaking. Without a doubt, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Dominican Republic. If you are looking for something different, peaceful, and truly memorable, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Good for sleeping a few hours that it! Very noisy guests, rooms are not all identified correctly missing numbers, 2 people went into my room at midnight, no one around. Check in was a disaster no talking , did not talk about the property just the keys and go. Waiter ripped us off selling us a tour and only took us to the beach. Food was good but slow, terrible service. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Better charge for a decent breakfast and give some service. Views are incredible! Shared bathrooms cleaned but some faucets do not work!

A truly splendid place with a spectacular ocean view. The turquoise-blue water is absolutely breathtaking, and Bahía de las Águilas Beach is simply outstanding. The sunsets are unforgettable, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere, with thousands of stars lighting up the night sky. It is definitely a place everyone should experience at least once in a lifetime.

Ecology stay was good. Execept for the food, I was served expired cocacola. Breakfast was really good.Shared bathroom. A lot mosquitos. Bahia de Aguilas is beautiful, it is like 10 min drive with a 4x4 car for a US$3 per adults. Glamping is far from the town aprox 45 min driving on way.

We stayed at Cueva de las Águilas for 2 nights and 3 days. While the location and the actual experience at Bahía de las Águilas were excellent, the check-in process left a lot to be desired. We arrived around 8:00 PM; they had messaged us at 7:40 PM to confirm our arrival, but due to poor reception, we didn't see it. Thankfully, they held our room. However, the check-in felt disorganized—we weren't told about the tent locks or the towel deposit upfront, leading to several frustrating trips back and forth to the lobby. The lobby staff also lacked information on tours; I actually had to find the concierge’s WhatsApp on their website myself because the front desk didn't provide a contact number. The highlight was the "Premium Package" trip to the beach. There was a brief mix-up where staff tried to group us with a larger boat, and it was a bit awkward having to insist on the private transport we paid for in front of other guests. Once settled, though, it was worth it. The private setup and the lunch provided were both excellent. We would recommend this place, but suggest being proactive with communication!
