Incredible eco lodge located right on the shores of the Carribean Sea. Super-friendly staff and nice restaurant. Highly recommended…..but be prepared for a long, albeit scenic, drive, if you arrive by car from Santo Domingo.

Ecology stay was good. Execept for the food, I was served expired cocacola. Breakfast was really good.Shared bathroom. A lot mosquitos. Bahia de Aguilas is beautiful, it is like 10 min drive with a 4x4 car for a US$3 per adults. Glamping is far from the town aprox 45 min driving on way.

I stayed for one night and we were a group of 5. I felt in love with this place. The beach is so beautiful! Everything was super clean. It was quiet and relaxing. The free Dominican style breakfast was very good and loved the mango juice which was delicious. The bathrooms were super clean and the outdoor ones as well. I’m planning to book again next year. This is a hidden gem.

Bahia de las Aguilas is the most beautiful beach in DR. Glamping at the eco lodge was incredible. I cannot wait to go back. The area is very safe and the view is spectacular. The bathrooms were cool, very eco, open air, definitely glamping. At night it was super windy which was really loud in the tent but other than that it was a totally amazing experience. While you are there you need to go snorkeling with Buceo, they have a little place on the same property as the restaurant.

The location was great! The good- the beds were clean and the washrooms and amenities were clean. The staff tried to accommodate your needs but they are very very slow. The à la carte food is very tasty; however the breakfast is the same EVERYDAY so if you are staying more than 2 nights it gets repetitive. They always have transportation to Bahia de las Aguilas; however in comparison to the local prices it is very expensive. If I could do it all over again, I would go straight to Bahia de las Aguilas beach and not do the unnecessary stops at St.Andres beach and the “natural pool” as those are in my opinion not worth the extra fee. There are tours offered rag the lodge but if you go out of the lodge to the right of the national park entrance, the tours are significantly lower. I got to say that the food at the lodge was very tasty, good portions and reasonable prices at the a last crate restaurant. The bad- the tents need replacement. When I got there, I had to get 3 holes repaired. The beach access points is lacking. They have a main access which is not steep but my access point was dangerous to use as it was very rocky. I had reserved ocean view and accessibility was disappointing. The concept as an ecolodge is smart and fun

Great stay glamping at Bahia de las Aguilas. It’s quite clean considering you are glamping on the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful and it felt very safe.

The staff is so sweet and attentive. The food was delicious ! However the property itself needs to be updated. The tents are way too small for two beds and there’s no space to move around. The fact that they don’t supply toiletries and basic towels it’s insane . I was going to spend two nights there but I decided for only one because of this ! I am former military so I don’t need much accommodations but basic is always necessary especially when it’s not a cheap stay ! Thank you to the kind staff !

The place is in the most remote area of the dominican. There is not a lot there. The beauty of the area is outstanding They really try to accommodate. . Its not the rent. Its the location. Bring extra water and snacks. Pack a cooler. Full tank of gas. Adjust expectations and enjoy. Beds are clean Tents clean Boats to beaches and caves. Massive iguanas if you are lucky to see. Book it. .
