"Male, solo, 4 days. Zero complaints. Everything works. I was in the "first" floor which is actually the second floor in the hotel, facing the street. So I thought the noise was going to ruin everything. Well. It is double window and slept like a baby! I am a really light sleeper! Came late at night and left early in the mornings. No issues at all. Bus that gets you from/to airport stops right in front of the station. Just use the elevator and crossover to the hotel. Walking distance to the old town is like 10 minutes. There is also a little market in the same street, closing late to buy water or something. Also two Italian restaurants same street. It is just great and convenient location. Recommended. "
"The staff were incredibly friendly, always saying hello in passing, and couldn't do enough to help. Reception even loaned us a European plug adaptor at no charge after we forgot ours. The room was clean and large. We upgraded to include access to the Executive Lounge, which is highly recommended - a bargain - and offers a great aerial view of the city.
A beautiful hotel and we would definitely stay here again"
"The hotel was really good. It was easy to find from the Muzeum Metro stop. Reception staff were friendly and quick. The room and shower was great with good free shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was really good, with plenty of choice.
If I had to pick 2 things; the room could have done with a central light, as with all lights and the TV on it was still gloomy. Also some of the breakfast staff were a bit quick in trying to take plates away when I was still eating! Otherwise I will definitely stay here again. "
