The only suggestion I would make is to have additional staff at the check-in desk. I waited a little over 25 minutes because it was very busy and only two clerks were available. Other than that, everything was amazing. The rooms were spotless, and I especially loved the lavender oil, the white tea shower gel and lotion, and the incredibly comfortable bedding."

"The room was excellent, and the staff was excellent. I even enjoyed the artwork in the room. The only negative was I had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle from the airport. I arrived at the shuttle stand at 10:00 pm and the shuttle did not arrive until 10:45. That was truly a bummer, but the hotel stay was very nice and the return shuttle to the airport in the morning was very nice. "
