"Gorgeous property, we loved all of the animals (dogs, cats, and a baby alpaca). The staff was genuinely kind and helpful in scheduling taxis for us. The courtyard is so nice! The water pressure in the shower was hit or miss, but everything else about this hotel was a hit and we loved staying here."

"The house is beautiful and clean! Our issues lied with the lack of transparency, and false advertisement… First of all, we were downgraded house, without any compensation. Furthermore we chose this place for the amenities listed and many were not available.. we were looking forward to enjoy an evening fire, but the indoor fireplace in our villa was apparently defective so we were told we could not use it, neither the communal exterior fireplace. Also, the listing said there were 4 mountain bikes included for our use, which turned out to be false. Also, there was no shampoo and conditioner, nor water bottles, also all advertised. "

"This was probably our favorite stay in Peru. The staff was so helpful and kind, the lobby area is beautiful, the breakfast was lovely and delicious. The location is extremely convenient. Generally, we loved Pisac, and wished we could have stayed another night. "

"William and his family are wonderful ppl. Their place is located in the heart of Peru, and believe me when I say they have a big heart and will make sure your stay is special! His dad Filipe is an amazing cook, and his mom makes amazing souvenirs. Of course it is rustic, but this is what we came for. Their home is only a 20-min drive from the 7 Lagunas trek, which I highly recommend! William has a driver he can call if needed. If you are looking to experience spending time at some locals and disconnect, this is the RIGHT place for you. "

"The photos looked great and stated a king bed, I made sure to ask for the king bed at the property and they gave us a double bed. We made the best of it but our shower had a dead grasshopper in it along with used soap from the previous tenants, the shower curtain was also filthy and the room was over all super dusty. It was super loud you could hear the conversations from the lobby in the room. Do not recommend. "
