lease be advised that we know groups create noise as their nature of group behavior. We have trained our Reception staff members assigning groups and individual guests however some day we receive a short notice from the group tour and we could not control well of room assigning. We are sorry for your inconvenience.
Besides, House keeping had changed towel as you informed, moreover, with regards to rain leakage due to heavy rain, our Chief Engineer has been briefed and taken immediate action to check and rectify the problem.

Very old hotel and services also not that great. Front desk staff are rude and they charged for the missing glass which they have not given during check in..

We are most concerned with the satisfaction of all our guests and your feedback is of great value to us. It allows us to ensure and improve the quality of service we want to offer our guests.
With reference to the constructive comment regarding Wi-Fi, I do understand your point of view that as far as you and other guests is concerned, amount you paid is what you should get and people don’t want to pay for something they don’t want or need. We are able to provide such rate upon request but rate might not be much difference.
The issue of old & dirty room has been well noted and kindly rest assured that our Hotel Housekeeper will strictly brief all staff team members to ensure that all daily room’s cleaning. On the other hand, you can contact Front Desk to change the room if you prefer.

Worst customer service ever. Staff was very rude. They charged extra 600 Bhatt for guest because I didn't book this hotel directly but through one of the website. How come they have different policy. When I enquire about that they start shouting.. very strange customer service. Door lock key card not working so everytime you need to call them to open the door and wait for long time. Aircon was not working so have to change the room.

Although the hotel itself was ok in terms of room condition and staff friendly etc, I can confirm that overall I have marked the hotel as bad. I can honestly say that this hotel was the most unpleasant I have ever stayed in terms of other clients from China/India/Russia (particularly from Russia). To be honest i could write about the experiences all day but I won't. Just pleased to say that at last I am checking out 4 days earlier than anticipated before i die of sleep depravation .

This is not a hotel of any star rating.
The reception staff are extremely rude.
The wifi is available only in the lobby.
The hotel should be classed as a hostel.
Way over priced. Should be no less than 10 dollars a night, that is the fair price for this hotel (hostel).

PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!!. The staff in this hotel are very rude. They will not even clean the rooms. Service is extremely deplorable. The air-con is lousy. For shower bath, you will only get very mildly room temperature warm water. You will never get hot water. Room service is supposed to be 24hours. But if you call the room service line after 11pm, the staff answering the call will tell you to call back after 6am. My trip to Pattaya was ruined by my stay in this hotel.PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!!.

cheap hotel with beautiful rooms and polite staffs
I booked this hotel because of its good reviews online and the reviews were right. It was 5-10 mins away from the beach by foot. The staffs knew English and are very accomodating. There was free wifi in the lobby but none in the room. There were no slippers in the room too. Actually, I was expecting a small hotel with tiny rooms because the price was very affordable but to my surprise, the rooms were spacious and beautiful. There is also a pool on the 3rd floor. Overall, my stay in this hotel was great. I will definitely come back.
I have stayed here before and like the location and the staff. The hotel needs renovating, especially the pool deck and bathrooms. The staff is fantastic. Great management.
We booked a superior room. It did not have a personal safe. Room service was slow. Hotel location with lots of food options specially vegetarian restaurants just outside the hotel. Other services like massage parlors, general stores were very close.

The Seasons Pattaya by Govind
It was a friendly stay with plenty of English speaking & understanding staffs. A good room & house kepping service but a poor swimming pool.
We booked multiple 4 days but checked out the very next morning .. Very small rooms .. The toilet did not have a sprinkler / hose .. Small chairs .. Bar was closed at 8pm on a Saturday night and the WiFi was chargeable ..
The breakfast is another major disappointment .. The spread looked unappetizing .. even the slice bread on display looked old and stale .. the only fresh looking item was the juice ..
For the price they charge, I did not expect much .. but this hotel was well below standard ..
The only good thing about this place was that it was 100 meters away from the Hard Rock Cafe.
I don't recommend
