以前来た時には使えた、各部屋にあるセイフティボックスが使えなくなっていた。フロントに聞いたら、どこにもないとの事。場所柄バイクがないと不便ですね。

近くにディスコがありますが、騒音はそこだけで快適です。ホテルのすぐ前にクリーニング店、レンタルバイク店、レストランが、少し歩いた所に大型スーパーがあり便利です。

The lady at the reception is disgusting...... she is abusive...... the worst experience i have experience so far..... she doesn't know how to talk and behave..... you should delisting this hotel from your website , otherwise people will stop coming to your site

乾淨,安靜,便宜.的酒店
優點: 乾淨,安靜,便宜. 缺點, 設備老舊, 仍是舊的CRT 電視,建議 :交通必須自理,租摩托車, 當然門口就有Ｔaxi摩托車 .....

WAR mal ein super Apartmenthaus!
Bin schon seit Jahren in dem Haus.aber nun lässt der Zustand ziemlich zu wünschen übrig., Balkontüre lässt sich nicht mehr schließen bis zu einen Spalt von 5 cm und mehr. Im Bad ging das Licht nicht am Spiegel. War zum Rasieren zu dunkel. Als ich das an der Rezeption bemängelte wurde ich angefaucht ich soll doch das Zimmer wechseln. Als ich mir das andere Zimmer zeigen ließ funktionierte der Zimmersafe nicht und das Wasser in der Dusche tröpfelte nur etwas stärker. Wäre alles nicht so schlimm, bin schließlich in Thailand. Aber wenn ich dann nur noch von der " Dicken" an der Rezeption angeschnauzt werde, obwohl ich es nur gut meinte. Schließlich geht es ja auch ums Energiesparen, wenn schon die Klimaanlage über der Balkontüre hängt. Habe dann natürlich nicht verlängert und bin in ein anderes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal. :) Habe später erfahren, das sich letzte Zeit schon mehr über die "Dicke" beschwert haben. Übrigends die"Dicke" soll keine Beleidigung sein. Weiß aber nicht wie sie heißt, aber mit der Beschreibung war sie in der ganzen Strasse bekannt :)

Hotel situé à la périphérie de la ville. Chambres types studio, très clean. Cet hotel ne dispose pas d'équipements particuliers, c'est plutot un "service appartement", pour nous ça a été un très bon séjour.

Bob and Pa
The Navin Mansion 3 is a very nice hotel at the right price. My wife and I enjoyed it very much and will definitely stay there again. It is in a nice quiet area but has everything you need within a short walking distance.

Bad reception and condition of room
Receptionist lady very rude had bad attitude, she busy playing games on phone or watching TV, condition of room was ok but found mosquitos in night, this hotel should be rated one star only

저렴하고 괜찮네요
저렴하고 괜찮다는 생각이 듭니다... 시설은 좋은 낡았지만 가격대비 크기나 기타 등등 괜찮아 보입니다. 와이파이도 잘되서 와이파이로 800kb~1000kb찍히고요.. 영화한편 받느데 3G기준 한 50분 걸립니다... 이정도면 매우 잘되는 편이죠...

清潔で、まあまあのホテル
パタヤバスターミナルから近く、歩いて行けます。徒歩１５分ぐらい、セカンドロードのBIGCも近く歩いて約６分ぐらい セカンドロードから、ソンティに１０バーツで、乗りビーチも近い、いつもナビンマンション２に宿泊していましたが、 場所的に３の方がいいと思います。あと、シャワーも湯沸かし器新品になっていました。WiFiも、部屋で、使えて快適 ナビンマンション２は、ロビーのみの、WiFi不便でいした。今年の盆休みも、年末年始の休みも、予約しました。 これから常宿にしたいと思います。

Okay place for money. I had problem with smells!
Navin Mansion 3 Is really okay hotel for the money I paid. It is not on main street so you need to use mototaxi to get to beach road. Almost every mototaxi knows where is Navin Mansion 3. (Two time they drive me to Navin Mansion I think 1 and 2). Near Navin Mansion 3 there is Muay Thai Academy by Stephan Nikiema, and I spend some great time there by practicing thai boxing. I meet few interesting persons there. I had one problem in Navin Mansion 3 and that is smell in toilet. You must have opened the door of toilet and one of windows in room all the time!!! If you close the door of toilet and windows of room you will feel really bad smell!! After 2 days I asked stuff about and they said to me to open the door of toilet and one windows all the time. And that was solution for smell, but then I had problem with streets sound! All the night there you will heard sound vehicles! One night also there where no internet for few hours!

这样的价格 我觉得挺好了 不能吹毛求疵 出门往北路方向有莲花超市 往Nuea有BigC 然后BigC 离夜市和秀也挺近 到海滩叫辆车也就四五分钟吧 房间比我想象的小 我一个人住是够了 隔音挺好 浴室一般 打扫的阿姨很热情 总的来说 适合驴友

Will stay again
I was travelling with my friend, we book 2 rooms far before check-in. Hotel is allowed to cancel booking without fees. My ratings are 5 for this price and hotel Stars. Hotel is located within 3 min walking from Tesco Lotus and BigC. It is quiet place, good window view (city, trees) - for south side rooms. Stuff is friendly, well understanding english. Rooms were cleaned every day. Bathroom clean. Bed linen and towels are clean, well-condition and changes every day. No insects were suspected. No deposit required. No in-out time restrictions. Cheap and tasty eateries opposite the street. A few laundries by neighbor. Motobike taxi with price-compromising guys right near the hotel. Minuses: Rarely cocks are disturbing, but not critical. Also, sometimes buses are making loud. Someone smokes in his room and smoke was very disturbing. My suggestion to hotel administration is to prohibit smoking in the rooms. Cannot be reached from 3d street, from golf-club. Needed to walk around far.

Rude Management!!
We booked over the Internet for a week, First of all location was off the main street and far from Beach Road or Walking Street!! Very unprofessional staff. Room we stayed, never cleaned properly, had so many insect including cockroaches!! Hotel only had one electric kettle by the lobby which was very old and broken, everyone had to dip Their cups deep inside of it to scoop hot water, when we complained about it, we recieved very rude respond from management. After all we don't recommend it to anyone who wants to have a peace of mind and rest well.

ビーチ、中心地からは遠いがレンタルバイクがあれば問題ない。コスト重視の方にはお勧め。コンビニにまでは、歩いて5分。ショッピングモールまでは8分というところ。

Неплохой отель. Все чистенько и аккуратно. До центральных магистралей пешком минут 15, что несколько напрягает, но некритично.Советую.

quite hotel close to everything
This is the nicest hotel that I have stayed in since I have been in Pattaya. You are on the street behind the Big C store on 2nd road. You have Food, theatre, and night life all within 1 street from you. Big C is a shopping Center and food store, so you can pick up anything there.
