This hotel is conveniently located directly across from the beach, offering a wide variety of dining and drinking options nearby. It's also just a 10-minute walk from Bangla Road. While the hotel has potential, my experience in room 315 was mixed. The bed was quite firm, which might not be comfortable for everyone. Additionally, there was a leak from the bidet in the bathroom, and the bathtub appeared to have been painted at some point, but the paint was chipping, making it look worn and unclean. The air conditioning unit blew directly on my face, which was a bit bothersome. I was also required to provide a cash deposit of 3,000 THB. The pool area is located right by the street, and there were only three wooden beach chairs available. Unfortunately, these lacked cushions, becoming uncomfortable after just 20 minutes. Overall, my stay was decent as I primarily used the hotel room for sleeping. With some improvements, this place could offer a more pleasant experience.

Location was great and from the outside, the hotel looked ok. However, inside was a different story. First, the place was not clean. The breakfast was horrible. It was a very limited Turkish breakfast as we had two choices and neither tasted good. Although we prepaid, after our first morning, we did not return. The mattress was so hard, felt like sleeping on a hard floor. Bathroom was old and it showed. At check in, they wanted a cash deposit which was never mentioned. The pool was very small and did not look appealing as it felt like it was more exposed to the street than the hotel.

Hotel Is in perfect location, however there was ongoing renovations going on everyday throughout the property. The pool being out the front of the hotel was a no no. The air conditioning system leaked everyday early hours of the morning. Upon arrival the guy at the desk tried to charge us extra 250 Bhat per night for an extra bed which was not needed, and as soon as the lady manager came to the desk, he forgot about it straight away, so I think he was trying to get me to give him some extra wages!

Front desk made rude comments about my card being declined because of fraud protection when i was checking in. Toliet never flushed properly. Black out and it took several mins later for hotel power to come back on after i had just gotten to the room after checking in. I literally was like where did i book a hotel at, will power come back on. No communication or anything about it after it happen from staff. Ocean view came with music day and night and traffic noise from the busy street. Fireworks from the street went off 3 x same night 3am. Other patrons of hotel were yelling, fighting for awhile, than breaking things in their room at 4am. Than threw trash over roof in front of my balcony empty cigarette boxes, lighters, shirts, and toiletry bag litter the roof in front of me. I found even cigarette butts on my balcony the followimg morning. thankfully i was leaving that day. The room had older furniture chairs were stained and possible mold on curtains. Pool did not match the picture online, pool wall is against the busy street and beach is on the other side of busy street. Feels like a tourist trap trying to make you pay for this hotel much needed renovations. The only saving grace was the housekeeping and breakfast staff who genuinely greeted and engaged with everyone. Even if i left my room late, the room was always cleaned up. However I would not stay here again.

Das Hotel sieht von außen sehr ansprechend aus, doch der erste Eindruck täuscht leider. Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir lange warten, da unser ursprünglich gebuchtes Zimmer jemand anderem gegeben wurde. Nach langem Hin und Her haben wir schließlich ein Zimmer bekommen,das Zimmer war alt, schmutzig und leider sogar mit Bettwanzen. Zuerst dachten wir, es seien Mückenstiche, bis wir bemerkten, dass wir an denselben Stellen alle Stiche hatten. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders, und insgesamt entsprach das Hotel nicht der Erwartung, die der äußere Eindruck geweckt hatte. Positiv war lediglich, dass die Mitarbeiter freundlich waren. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt äußerst enttäuschend. Keine Empfehlung!

For a hotel changing over $100 bucks a night and it doesn’t have basic working wifi? Jeez, I don’t know what to say to that. Obviously they know they have that issue because they gave me a list of 4 log ins. Then bathroom fixtures are falling apart? My God, take some time and fix things before putting in the next guest. It will look worse. The constant leaking bidet handle? The pool is a failed advertising. It is not a swimming pool. It looks like an outside jacuzzi with the features of a jacuzzi really. Nobody uses it because… Overall, the convenient is good but the hotel needs to invest into upgrades otherwise it will continue getting 3 stars with comments like mine
