Room - Dirty stinking rotten filled with moulds and leakages appliances and remotes not working poor quality stinking linen, towels weren’t even washed
Rude non cooperative staff didn’t help with luggage checking into the room
No toiletries were provided
I should be refunded for this scarring ordeal
