ใกล้ชายหาดป่าตอง เดินแป็บเดียวก็ถึง
โรงแรมอัพรูมให้ ก็โอเคร น่าอยู่ สบายดีค่ะ มีเด็กไปด้วย มีสระว่ายน้ำแต่เล็กไปหน่อย ไม่ได้แยกส่วนของเด็กออกจากผู้ใหญ่ ทำให้ต้องเฝ้าระวังมาก เนื่องจากน้องว่ายน้ำไม่เป็น แต่ชอบตรงที่มี สปาในน้ำ

태국에서 7일있었던 시간중에 가장 가격대비 좋은방이라고 할수있습니다. 수영장이 굉장히좋았고 . 가격이 저렴한데. 방도 엄청좋아서 하루자보고 하루 더잤습니다.

THE good location , close to the beach
It was Great , the room was clean, the location is very good. Close to the beach and night market. The breakfast was not good. I will never recommend to buy breakfast included.

Good location
Staff and Manager are excellent they went really way out of their way to help us when we made a mistake and booked a taxi on the wrong date. We needed to go to the airport on Thai New year and if it was not for them we would have missed our flights the were able to get a mini bus for the 8 of us. Thanks staff

The room is clean andvery big. The air conditioner is great !!! The toilet could be better but still very nice. Location is very good in the center near to all you need.

Very bad for hotel service, clean,mintinec,connection and one day no electric light I leave out side hotel all day And one day more I leave outside because behind hotel have one shop fire.the hotel don't have full coverage for emergency services for firefighting

Good location, poor service and rooms
The hotel did not have electricity the day we checked in. This meant no A/C, internet, lights, hot water. The staff did not apologize for the electricity issue because they were so busy drilling us about how many people were staying in the room. My friend was with us when we checked in. They were convinced that there were 3 of us staying in the room. The room itself was dirty--shower was gross. The overheat light didn't work. The only thing good about the hotel is the location.

Lieber etwas mehr Geld investieren
Das Hotelzimmer hat sehr gestunken, Kakerlaken und andere Insekten im Zimmer. Personal ist sehr unfreundlich. Haben die Kakerlaken mit der im Zimmer vorhandenen Tasse gefangen und vor die Tür gestellt, die Tasse ist angeblich verschwunden und wir sollten Sie bezahlen, an sich kein Thema aber das wurde uns auf so unfassbar unfreundliche Art und weise klar gemacht das wir es nicht fassen konnten. Nie wieder dieses Hotel!

Троечка в прекрасном месте
Отель четко соответствует троечке. Комнаты большие, кровать просто огромная 230 см. Отношение прекрасное обслуживающего персонала. Прекрасное местоположение.Это плюсы. Минусы- коридоры, лифт... хотелось бы видеть более приятное состояние. Очень много тараканов в номере, боялись привезти с собой, но слава богу всех оставили на месте.

Cheep hotel, good location, very bad beds.
Hotel is in really good location to beach, shopping mall and Bangla Road(walking street) Plenty of food options near and bars for that last drink before sleep. If you can look past the down sides it is an ok hotel. Hotel staff is nice, friendly and smiling. WiFi is not the best, but working most of the time. Breakfast is only 2 eggs shosen fried, or omelet style. 1pc. Bacon and/or 1 saussage and/or 1 pc. Fried Ham. Weak Instant Coffee made in pot. Toast and croissant. 2 Serial types, cocoa pops and cornflakes, w warmed or room temp. Milk only. View from room/balcony is not excisting as it lays close to next hotel, also open coridors for room entrence are close to other building and without any view. Cleaning is not the best in room. Sheets on bed are not changed every day, but obly cpl. Times a ween. Ok but it is hot and ppl. Swet a lot. Our matresses still had original plastic cover, which was exceeding the heat experiance, but at least we did not sleep en swet filled matresses from prev visitors. Matresses are hard as boards and not very comfy. I got back acke from bed from day one. Showers are ok but not very new. General the Hotel is old look and feeling, with out dated interrior. Been here twice with 2 yrs. Break and still the same at 2 yrs ago.

客室で小さなゴキブリが大量にでた。
場所は便利なとこだった。スタッフの対応は最初は親切だとおもったが、だんだんめんどうそうで、ゲームをしながらの時もあった。

Det var det sämsta hotell jag någonsin bott på. Ohyra på golvet och extremt varma rum. När jag bad personalen om en fläkt så sa de att hotellet inte hade några fläktar..... Har du möjlighet välj ett annat hotell

Total ripoff! Stay at another hotel!
Worst experience we've ever had at a hotel. The beds were really stiff, the AC didn't work in one of rooms and there were roaches and bugs! ( front staff said they would" take care of it") which they didn't. The wifi was loosing connection every 15 minutes too!! So so bad. to make things worse on our last day there the very rude man at the front door had a bag full of our sheets, pillow cases and towels saying we'd damage everything with henna ink and that they had already washed it and it didn't come out not even with a deep clean. First of all, they had not been washed at all because the towels still had sand from our visit to the beach the day before. We agreed to pay for the sheets because they did have henna and we are reasonable people even though it was still a little upsetting. First they said 2,000 baht, then we came back and this nice lady said it was washable but then the rude man came back and said we had to pay for everything!! Even though the towels and pillow cases did not have henna!! We explained that we did not agree with the towels and pillow cases and he started screaming at us throwing the stuff in our faces saying "you wash it then!! Or I'm calling police" I was so appalled by such behavior especially in Thailand. And the manager was even worse, she said you got them dirty you have to pay! Such bad behavior and customer service!! We payed 4,200 baht. When we told manager about roaches again she called us liars even though we had told front staff already.

Best avoided
One of the worst hotels I've stayed at in the last thirty years! Soiled Duvet (not needed anyway) and riddled with cockroaches which they twice attempted to kill unsuccessfully. I know you can expect a few in the tropics but this was excessive. A/C unit that was uncontrollable and noisy. As mentioned in previous reviews, you cant really open the curtains as the adjacent building (3m away) looks straight into all the rooms (net curtains might help?) Generally a worn out place, with little attempt to keep it up to speed. Definitely overpriced for what it is, backpacker or single traveller place, but they would probably stay somewhere cheaper. Not the place to take your family. Yes, I changed rooms and even moved out for a few days! Memorable? Yes but for all the wrong reasons.

NEVER AGAIN
Cockroaches everywhere in the room , didn't finish my stay and left earlier. ROOMS ARE CONNECTED AND YOU CANT SLEEP IF YOUR NEIGHBOUR IS LOUD. Location is good but thats the only positive. Worst hotel experience

It did not look like it's pictures at all.
When I first arrived I thought it was going to be a decent room. But just walking into the elevator I saw it was dirty. The room smelled of fungus and the AC was not getting cold. The head boards on the bed was filthy with dirt and some stains that I don't know what it was. I had to change hotels and accepted the loss. It didn't feel like a vacation room. That's how bad it was. The staff was very nice though.

The worst hotel EVER
We originally chose another hotel and were swayed by Expedia to stay at this hotel as were told it had better reviews. It was terrible. The breakfast is awful. It stays out all day and is simply Covered over ready for the next day We requested twin beds. The room offered with twin beds was so small, we were given a room with a King size bed that the frame was falling apart. We constantly complained about it and no one came to inspect it until the day we checked out 6 days early when we were blamed for 'breaking' the bed! DON'T STAY HERE. you will be disappointed. The reviews cannot be real.

Gangavstand til alt.. Strand, byliv, shopping, restauranter og barer, alt i umiddelbar nærhet. Hotellet begynner og bli slitt, sengene var harde. Daglig renhold var ok, men det var møkkete/slitt på vegger og i ventiler. Personalet var veldig hyggelige.

Great hotel.
Very close to the beach. Great location. Staff were great. The AC was working great. You can borrowed towels to go to the beach with no extra charge. Laundry services is provide it for a very cheap priced.

Close to the beach
The room faced another hotel which meant the curtains needed to be closed a ta lo times to maintain privacy. Rooms were tired and some aspects needed maintenance ( bathroom mirror light not fixed).

Hotel meget tæt på strand. Hotellet var slidt og elevatoren var ude af. Morgenmaden var en kedelig oplevelse. Personalet var flinke og hjælpsomme.

Très bonne situation géographique !
Hôtel face à la mer avec une belle plage de sable fin. Nous avions un appartement (belle surface et surtout Menage fait tous les jours). Très bien accueillis par le personnel de l'hôtel même si l'anglais est difficile ! En face une superbe salle de musculation...400 bahts la journée, absolument à faire pour les mordus ! Pour la vie nocturne, le top ! Nous sommes restés trois nuits, pour nous c'était suffisant car nous avions besoin de calme.

Nice hotel close to the beach
Hotel is very spacious! Good location as it is very to the beach and easily accessible to many eateries. Staff is helpful in my queries especially when it comes to booking of taxi.
