ควรปรับปรุงเรื่องอาหารเช้า

แนะนำทางโรงแรมให้มีอาหารเช้าที่เป็นเนื้อสัตว์ข้าง อาหารเช้าส่วนใหญ่เป็นมังสวิรัติ น้ำผลไม้ต่างๆก็เป็นแบบผสมไม่สมราคา ตอนแรกจองห้องแบบไม่มีอาหารเช้า แต่พอเช็คอินพนักงานเชียร์ให้ซื้ออาหารเช้าเพิ่ม แต่ผิดหวังมาก วันแรกไม่เป็นไร พอวันที่2 แฟน ไปถาม ว่าไม่มีเนื้อสัตว์บ้างหรอ พนักงานตอบ ไม่ใช่วันนี้ เข้าใจนะว่าลูกค้ามีอินเดีย แต่แขก ไทย จีน ยุโรปก็มีเช่นกัน ทุกคนบ่นกัน แทบทุกครอบครัว อาหารเช้า ขนมปัง มันฝรั่ง ข้าวผัดจืดๆ ฮอดดอก ที่แป้งเยอะมาก คือทุกอย่างเป็นคาโบเกือบทุกอย่าง มีไข่ ที่พอได้ ไม่มีแม้กระทั่งแบคอน

Nice place to stay but staff inconsiderate

Me and my son went in the pool and found that our eyes were stinging a lot. Not sure if they use something different to chlorine or if they over used it although I couldn’t smell chlorine. The biggest issue at this hotel was being woken up by reception staff. On arrival at the hotel I checked in as normal. They took photocopies of my passport etc. when booking on hotels.com I sometimes pay in advance or when I stay depending on choice by hotels and cash flow. I was shown to my room with my 12 year old son. We settled in around 3.45, went to the pool, ate and went back to the room for around 6.30pm. We had such a late night the night before and a trip that day I went to bed around 8 after my shower. I woke up to my son playing his phone around 9pm momentarily still in a good sleep. I told him to come off the phone and got to sleep which he did. I then heard noises again and told him off still in a descent sleep for him to say it’s not me it’s the phone. I asked him to answer it as it was on the other side of the room away from the bed. He came off and said the reception said something about the booking but didn’t understand what. I said we will sort tomorrow and go to sleep. At 9.45pm I hear banging at the door. 2/3 lots of knocking in thinking they will go away as I’m in sleep mode… they didn’t they continued to knock 5-6 times shouting. I spoke with the manager that apologised and offered 1000bart discount for a second night. I couldn’t sleep until 4am after.

Hotelzimmer war sehr dreckig und wurde nicht richtig sauber gemacht. Die Klimaanlage war andauernd defekt und machte extreme Geräusche. Das Zimmer war komplett feucht und mit Schimmel befallen. Handtücher waren mehrfach nicht gewechselt oder vorhanden im Zimmer. Allgemein war das Hotel sehr runtergekommen. Für mich war es der erste und letzte Aufenthalt. Kann auch nicht glauben das dieses Hotel 4 Sterne hat.

Perfect welcome, nice rooms, nice pool. It's a bit removed from the beach and the nighlife area. Patong has plenty of options to get around so it's certainly manageable.

They publish a picture of a pool with a beach, the hotel is not close to the beach at all, on purpose to mislead the customers, so for me everything is really disappointing.

The staff were amazing and very welcoming! The rooms were a good standard followed by the restaurant and pool area. Not too far from the shops, restaurants and clubs, but a good enough distance to get quietness and peace. Overall a great 6 night stay, really makes a difference when all the staff and manager look after you! Would definitely stay again.

ok stay

Hotel was a little bit outide the buisy city centre. Staff was nice and polite. Room was nice and decent. bed was softer than standard bed in Thiland. Did not the the breakast. Gym was small. Only a few equipment. 7/11 closeby. maybe 15 minute walk to bangla Road. Did not use the rooftop or pool area. Could ctay for 1 night again. Would not spend longer time.

Hade bokat om igen, alla dagar i veckan!

Blev välkomnad på ett trevligt sätt av service inriktad personal. Vi skulle visserligen endast stanna en natt på hotellet så fick inte ta vara på tiden på hotellet särskilt mycket. Men jag hann åtminstone njuta av poolen i samband med en fin solnedgång. I framtiden skulle jag inte tveka på att boka Oakwood igen, då de hade väldigt trevlig personal, fint och städat på hotellet, rummen var i bra skick, rymliga samt hade bekväma sängar, och till sist en väldigt bra frukost.

Nice hotel but not so nice area

The journeyhub is a relatively modern Pleasant Hotel and the rooms I come packed but have I bar fridge, hair dryer, LCD TV with reasonable English-speaking channels oh, tea and coffee making facilities and a shower with reasonable water pressure. They don't provide slippers, bathrobes, or dental kit. The rooftop pool and bar area are pleasantly designed unfortunately there isn't much of a view from the as the area surrounding is rather Rundown. The bar is nearly always empty because the drink prices are absurdly expensive where they charge 240 Baht for a Corona but which is about $12 50 Australian which is more than what you would pay in Australia in an expensive restaurant. Some common sense would tell them if the prices were reasonable they might get people using the bar. The entry to the place is rather uninviting and reception is up on the 8th floor, and the area around doesn't have much to office IU looking at the Battle 15 minute walk to the jungceylon shopping centre, restaurants and bars. The beds across Asia are firm and here is no different, but in some hotels they uncomfortably hard where as here acceptable for westerners. Not a bad place for a short stay

저렴한 가격에 4~5성급 느낌!

새로 지은 호텔로 보입니다. 건물이 새것 입니다. 저는 7층에 숙박했는데, 엘리베이터(고속)가 편리해서 불편함은 없었습니다. 포함되어 있는 조식도 Nice 했습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 베란다가 없어서 빨래를 하면 집안에서 말려야 한다는 것입니다. 빌딩형 호텔(?)이라도 대체로 베란다는 있는데, 값싼 방이라서 그런지.. 그리고 제 방에는 TV가 리소스를 찾지 못해서 안나왔습니다. 대체로 TV안보니 문제는 안되었지만.. 조금 아쉽습니다. 호텔을 나와서 빠통비치까지는 걸어서 1.5km 정도 입니다. 방라로드는 걸어서 3.5km 정도입니다

態度惡劣的員工

我訂了2間房(其中一間有很大酸臭味),一間是没有早餐,另一間是包2位早餐,在入住時巳再三向前台Phee確認.但到第二天吃早餐時餐廳説我只包一位早餐,我即時向phee詢問,她竟然説從沒跟我説過,然後她找来ㄧ位叫Aan跟我講,説記錄是ㄧ位早餐,我把hotel.com的訂房記錄给他看,很清楚寫着包2位早餐,但他們设有理會,説記錄是ㄧ位,然後Aan竟然説雖然是一位,我现在给你入内用餐,你快的入去吧,我跟他説不是吃不吃早餐的問題而是你們的問題,我跟Aan説我不是乞丐,但他説ok不吃便算吧。我即時check out離開,我從未遇過態度這麼惡劣的酒店員工,態度輕佻,傲慢,由我入住到離開Phee,Aan 全無笑容及與客人打招呼,每見客人來都表現得很不耐煩.我及我認識的朋友永遠都不會再入住這間酒店。

Brilliant place to stay if you want to be close to everything but not in the “heart” of it all. Not long to walk to the busier areas of pa tong beach.

최악의 하루,실상 15시간의 느낌

굉장히 불쾌하고 찝찝한 하루엿네요 사진상 풀장 의자며 컬러감 맘에들고 신식이라 맘에들고 블로거 후기 찾아가며 골라서 예약햇는데 주변환경이나 뷰는 크게신경안썻기에 문제가 되진않치만 청결도와 서비스가 너뮤최악이엿네요 여행스케줄상 그전에 호텔이며 게스트하우스며 지내다 마지막 1박이엿으니 망정이지 우선 인포에 여자두뷴 불진절하고 다른곳들과 너무상반대는 서비스를보엿으며 가장중요한 방에 들어가자마자 문여는 입구바닥부터 머리카락이며 먼지들이 수북햇고 쾌쾌한냄세에 쇼파엔 음식자국인지 물들어있고 , 청소안한것같다 방변경해달라하니까 수건하고 물을 가져다주며 우리오기 몇시간전에 수건이랑 다 새것으로 갔다낫다 하던데 그것만 새로 비치하면 청소가 끝인건지 먼지로 바선 손님들이 쭉없던방을 청소한지 몇주가지나도 수건만 새로갔다놓눈듯합니다. 결국 바꾼방도 상태는 같앗고 쇼파에 자국없고 일단 몇시간만자고 가자 햇눈데 이불이며 방이며 지하실 곰팡이 냄세에 이불은 눅눅하다못해 축축하고 샤워후 베게를 비고자는데도 베게에서 젖은 걸래냄세에 찝찝해서 머리에냄세다 뱉다고 일행이 난리엿네요 . 그리고 셀프 세탁서비스가잇다고적혀잇지만 없으며 키로당 받는것도아니고 한종류한종류 가격이 나눠지며 조식은 적혀잇지않치만 채식주의 호텔인건지 계란과 버터만 잇고 햄이며 베이컨조차 볼수없습니다 계란과 카레등 식빵 밥이 다예요 이미지나 정보등 수영장이 가장 비슷하며 다른건 다 한국 여관이나 다름이 없네요 정말 최악이엿네요

Nice Hotel

Hotel is in an alley. Reception and amenities are in top floor. Room was clean except for a left over sock on the floor. I liked their soap dispensing mechanism. It's close to Patong beach.

Overall stay was very pleasant, staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the air conditioner was dripping water one night.

It’s good hotel. But they require deposit which it wasn’t explained on the website. They also say Guest Friendly , however they charge 1000bht a day.
