"The only observation is that in room 18 there were no usb charging points. There were a number of 13A sockets however these were all on the same wall as the desk and none near the head of the bed. I think this an odd missing feature. Room was clean and shower excellent. Breakfast offering in Black Pig was very pleasant as were the staff."

"Unfortunately the restaurant was closed something that we were not told when we checked in. The bar food consisted of a 5 item menu only and food was not allowed to be taken to room. The area has no other restaurants within walking distance. The room was excellent but the facilities that were available were very poor."

"Great location close to parking, railway station and central Newport amenities. Room was comfortable with great views from 14th floor! Breakfast was good, with hot & cold buffet plus additional items, like omelettes, available to order."
