Esperienza incresciosa: ho prenotato verso le 20 mentre ero in autostrada a meno di un'ora dal B&B. Prenotazione confermata e interamente pagata. Chiamo la signora per avvertire che sarei arrivato di lì a poco e lei stacca il telefono dopo cinque squilli senza rispondere. Arrivo prima delle 21 alla Cascina e la signora si rifiuta di aprirmi e di darmi la camera già pagata con la scusa che è nel suo tempo privato ed è passata l'ora limite di check-in. Ho dovuto annullare l'appuntamento a cena e cercare una nuova sistemazione senza nessun supporto da parte della signora, che se avesse avuto la minima gentilezza di rispondere al telefono mi avrebbe evitato disagi ulteriori. Rispetto le scelte personali, ma l'hotellerie richiede un'attenzione al cliente e uno spirito di servizio che sicuramente la signora dimostra di non avere

Splendida struttura in una location molto tranquilla. La cascina è stata ristrutturata da pochissimo e le camere sono nuove, curate e pulite. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, è stato un soggiorno fantastico.
